清熱祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加清熱祛濕食材如生薏米、綠豆、木棉花、粟米鬚、霸王花等。
粉葛茯苓赤小豆素湯(圖片題目有誤,無需放蓮藕)
功效:清熱祛濕,利水消腫,紓緩身體困重、腫脹、小便偏黃、腳氣等症狀。
材料:粉葛1個、紅蘿蔔1根、土茯苓20克、赤小豆40克、黃豆30克、陳皮1角、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,粉葛、紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋內加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
