做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蓮藕去皮切件;蘋果去皮去芯切件備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨備用,粟米留鬚去衣切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:感冒未清、脾胃虛弱或容易胃部不適者不宜飲用。
