每晚躺在床上想睡覺時，閉著眼睛還是看到和聽到世界，腦海停不下來。多渴望找回心裡的平靜，進入「靜」的夢境。
「聲之靜」是一首音頻治療單曲，在同時執業音樂治療師的陳明憙把曾治療過自己失眠的音叉頻率首次錄進歌曲裡，與Cousin Fung和林若寧共同創造了一個音頻夢境，和同樣失眠的城市人分享這自然療法的舒緩。音頻治療的原理其實是讓人的身心“調音”，調到一個健康的頻率，那就是最接近大自然的頻率。
大自然一直在用她的能量擁抱著我們，我們只要站在樹下，抬起頭深呼吸，就能感受她獨有的頻率帶領我們找回與她的共鳴，回歸每個人都有的「靜」。

As a certified Sound Healing practitioner, Jocelyn records a Tuning Forks healing protocol she once used to relieve her own insomnia into this single, merging Sound Healing with Cantopop, a first of its kind. This is a song for all the sleepless city people. Silence is a beautiful, fragile thing. May we find it again and tune back into the frequency of our own inner voice.

The idea to incorporate Tuning forks and sound healing into Cantopop was maybe more a necessity for me than a simple experiment. It’s harder and harder to hear ourselves as we get older and I spent many sleepless months lost in the noise of my own mind. Trying to find a way out, I came across sound healing and it helped me with insomnia. I hope more people can experience this natural therapy and that this song can help us find peace and the beauty in the Sound of Silence.

有一種東西，一句話就可以破壞了它，它名叫「靜」。長大後越來越容易失去「靜」的同時，也越來越難聽到自己的聲音。失去外界和心裡的靜，我們就會失眠。閉著眼也能看到世界是多麼痛苦的事情。

我曾因焦慮而長時間嚴重失眠（依家偶爾都會）但我在漫長夜晚中接觸到音頻治療，慢慢找回需要的靜…然後上年考到音樂治療師證書之後就決定要做「音頻治療」單曲，首次將有安眠效果的音叉頻率錄進歌裡，和同樣失眠的城市人分享這自然療法的舒緩。好幸運那段時間得到Edward的音樂advice，介紹了Cousin同我一齊寫歌。今次特別將呼吸聲設計到旋律裡，希望大家聽歌時就像在深呼吸，可以感受「聲之靜」，進入Cousin透過編曲和製作造成的夢境。
好感謝林若寧選擇了用「靜」去表達這概念，音頻治療有五個steps，第一個就係「靜」，是心靈治療的開篇，是了解自己的源頭。讓自己的心聲取代喧嘩的雜音。
🤍🙌🏼 雖然現在我們把這種動詞稱為 New Age，但我覺得「平靜」其實是我們最自然最不複雜的狀態。
