The last 2 weeks marked the end of an era as the InterContinental Hong Kong closed for renovations. Each dining experience at the Lobby Lounge was memorable because they don’t just try to please your palate. The spectacular panoramic view, the live band and the attentive staff combine to leave all your senses totally satisfied. They do many different dishes well but I’d especially like to mention the lobster roll which in my opinion was the best in HK. I am eagerly awaiting the rebirth of this place as The Regent where I hope to have many more experiences in the near future.

香港洲際酒店，是我入行以來做最多 event 的場地之一，面對它的結業，實在不捨！😢 一個星期前 book The Steak House 晚飯的 waiting list 已經排到 no.22，所以我選擇了最後一個晚上在 11 樓跟它道別！👋🏻

香港洲際酒店今日起關閉進行為期30個月的大翻新了！回想之前大概入住了三、四次左右吧！印象最深的是它那個玻璃泳池以及晨早的瑜伽班～
