President 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen's Journey of Freedom, Democracy and Sustainability will take her to #StVincentAndTheGrenadines 🇻🇨, in addition to three other of our #Caribbean allies. The country’s #banana industry suffered due to a lack of technological know-how, challenges to its preferential access to the UK market and then with the rise of the black sigatoka blight.
Enter #Taiwan's International Cooperation and Development Fund! Our technical mission has been working to help local farmers keep crops healthy through a banana revitalization project in the country!
A similar project was launched in #StLucia 🇱🇨, another of President Tsai's stops on her trip, and the banana crops are ready for export!

是的，這些都成往事了，因為外交部委託 TaiwanICDF財團法人國際合作發展基金會 在當地執行「香蕉復育計畫」，培訓聖國農民的田間作物管理能力，並與農業部共同推動病蟲害防治，逐步恢復產能 👏👏👏
其實不只聖文森，國合會在 #聖露西亞 也有執行同樣的計畫唷~ 而且成效還更讚 👍別說恢復產能了，生產規模已經達到可以對外出口囉‼️
