常說「十個男人九個痔」,其實痔患無分男女,尤其工作忙碌、壓力大、長時間坐着、飲食多肉少菜、多吃刺激性食物人士,生痔瘡的機會較高。痔瘡形成初期排便會輕微出血、擦拭肛門時衛生紙有血跡、無疼痛感,在這個階段可先透過改善飲食習慣自救:多進食蔬菜、水果,尤其有潤腸通便功效的水果以紓緩症狀。如果痔瘡出血、脫垂、血栓疼痛等情況就必須就醫治理,病情嚴重除引致疼痛,亦會造成貧血等情況。
麒麟果 — 性涼,有清熱生津、潤腸通便的功效,由於麒麟果有比火龍果更豐富的粗纖維與果糖,因此對便秘特別有紓緩作用,腸胃虛弱及易有便溏的人多吃會出現腹瀉。要注意麒麟果糖分相對較高,糖尿病患者不宜多吃。
火龍果 — 性涼,有清熱生津、潤腸通便的功效,適合內熱較重、陰虛火旺、煩躁口乾、痔瘡便秘人士食用。紅肉和白肉火龍果功效相若。
無花果 — 性平,有潤腸通便、健胃利咽、滋陰潤燥、催乳功效,對老年人、孕婦、小兒便秘有明顯療效,孕婦食用亦可預防痔瘡。惟其糖份含量較高,糖尿病患者慎吃。
香蕉 — 生香蕉屬性寒涼,熟香蕉或經烹煮的香蕉寒性會減低,有清熱通便、解酒功效,適合大便乾燥、痔瘡、大便出血者食用。但要注意尚青或沒熟透的香蕉有收斂作用,能止瀉更有可能引起便秘。
木瓜 — 性平,能健脾胃,幫助消化,消暑解渴。適合脾胃虛弱,容易胃脹不適人士服用,能紓緩食慾下降、消化不良、胃部不適、產婦乳汁不足等症狀。注意孕婦不宜食用。
水蜜桃 — 性熱,有補益氣血、養陰生津、潤腸的作用,適合低血糖、心血不足、肺虛喘咳者食用。由於屬性溫熱,易生熱助火,體內有偏熱症狀不宜多吃,糖尿病患者及血糖偏高者不宜吃。

Fruits that can promote bowel movement
There is a common saying ‘nine out of ten men have hemorrhoid’. There is a high chance for individuals who are busy at work and under a lot of pressure, as well as those who sit down for long hours, eat more meat than vegetables, and enjoy consuming food that irritates the body to develop hemorrhoid.

Dragon fruit - cool in nature, can clear heat and promote fluid production, moisten bowel to relieve constipation and relieve thirst. It is suitable for those with inner heat, yin deficiency with excess fire, hemorrhoids and constipation. Similar effects to regular white or red meat dragon fruit.

It is suitable for individuals with low blood sugar level, heart-blood deficiency, the manifestation of cough and asthma caused by a weak lung. Individuals with heat related symptoms should not consume peach excessively, since it is hot in nature. The same goes for patients with diabetes and high blood sugar (hyperglycemia).

😱😱😱添加劑到底有多可怕?😱😱😱
不知從何時起,很多人開始聞添加劑色變,什麼泡打粉,小蘇打,轉化糖葡萄糖,凡是添加劑,甚至只是看起來像添加劑的東西,都聞之色變,那麼這些添加劑到底是不是真的很可怕呢?今天就帶大家從科學的角度看一看。
使用添加劑,只需要記住兩條:
1.分清合法的食品添加劑和非法添加物;
2.拋開劑量談毒性,就是耍流氓。
比如說,蘇丹紅、三聚氰胺、瘦肉精等這些東西,根本就不是食品添加劑,它們在食品中都是非法添加物哦~ 他們乾的壞事兒,我們正規的食品添加劑可不能背黑鍋~~那麼,烘焙中常 用的添加劑有哪些呢,安全的劑量又是多少呢,一起來看看吧~
1)小蘇打、泡打粉
作用:使成品膨脹,體積變大。在酥松類餅乾,無比派中,是不可替代的~
原理:小蘇打就是碳酸氫鈉,受熱產生的二氧化碳使成品膨脹。
加熱後小蘇打變成了碳酸鈉,「半數致死」攝入量是每公斤4.09克(老鼠實驗數據,也就是100只老鼠掛了一半,還有一半頑強地活著),一個50公斤的人,大概要要用324克小蘇打,才能產生足夠威脅到生命的碳酸鈉……誰能用半斤多小蘇打,我敬他是條漢子……
危害:碳酸氫鈉在消化道最終會被代謝成食鹽,對人體的「傷害」跟鹽是一樣的,所以,如果你怕小蘇打,請一起拒絕吃鹽哦~
泡打粉:主要成份為碳酸氫鈉和磷酸二氫鈣,不要被複雜的名字嚇到,其實它最終的殘留,除了小蘇打也有的鈉離子外,還有鈣離子,補鈣的哦~
2)檸檬酸
作用:調節酸鹼度。在法式軟糖,水果庫利中,是不能用檸檬汁替代的哦,因為檸檬汁中檸檬酸的含量只有大約5%,大量使用不僅水量太高,並且會有過重的檸檬味,影響其它水果
原理:檸檬酸是天然存在於檸檬中的一種酸,目前市售分為人工合成與天然提取兩種,甜品中所使用的一般都是天然提取的檸檬酸,即使是人工合成的,和天然檸檬酸的成分也是一模一樣的,請放心食用。
危害:要問它有什麼危害,喝醋燒心,直接吃檸檬酸也傷胃……
3)轉化糖、葡萄糖、水飴
作用:增加成品保水性,延長賞味期限。在需要冷凍的法式慕斯,甘納許中,是不可替代的哦~
原理:主要成分均為單糖(果糖和葡萄糖),與水的結合能力優於雙糖(蔗糖),所以產品在冷凍過程中,不易形成大冰晶,解凍後也就不會嚴重脫水。
說到這裡不得不為這幾個可憐的娃鳴不平,畢竟不是添加劑,人家只是不同的糖而已,知道養生聖品蜂蜜嗎?蜂蜜的主要成本就是果糖和葡萄糖啊。這些糖每天背著添加劑的罵名造福吃貨,也是很委屈的啊~
危害:糖吃多了會胖……還是那句話,控制劑量~
4)果膠、卡拉膠、明膠(吉利丁)
作用:增稠、凝結。在法式水果軟糖,慕斯中是不可替代的哦~
原理:果膠是植物細胞壁的重要組成成分,它是一種多糖,糖!
卡拉膠存在於許多種紅藻類,如角叉菜、麒麟菜、杉藻、沙菜和銀杏藻等的細胞壁中。純植物的!
明膠就是吉利丁,豬骨魚骨中提煉而成,它還有另外一個可愛一點的名字,膠原蛋白!怎麼樣,有沒有很養生!
5)香精
作用:增香。在硬質水果糖中常用,另外,對於一些風味不強的原料,如玫瑰,無法用原材料本身體現香味的時候,就需要香精出場啦~
原理:天然提取或人工合成風味物質
危害:對人體均無危害,但是!人工合成的、吃起來非常假的香精,會嚴重弱化人的味覺!!以後吃什麼都覺得沒味兒,只記得奶香粉,牛肉粉的味道~
總結:
所以,其實這些讓大家聞之色變的添加劑,不僅沒有那麼可怕,有些甚至都算不上是添加劑哦~ 只要使用正規的添加劑品類,按照正確的劑量使用,是完全OK的!
和起酥油、麥淇淋、油炸食品中的反式脂肪相比,其實添加劑一點都不可怕。主料的質量才是更需要關心的呢~請用科學的態度面對烘焙,面對生活吧!
