【飞机上吃杯面】
这一次从三藩市飞回来新加坡之前,没有上网处理网上登机,我和他都担心会分开座位(两人的机票都是不同 booking number ),后来在柜台办理登机手续成功安排到2人可以坐在一起。
飞机在午夜起飞,起飞不久之后,空服人员就送上第一轮的宵夜,这一轮的宵夜有牛肉或黑椒虾,这两样都是他不能吃的,幸亏有印度素食飞机餐给他吃,过后他喝了红酒。吃饱之后,我很快入睡了。
睡到朦胧的时候,他从我身边起身要上厕所,他说他很不舒服,头晕目眩、泻肚子和冒冷汗,把我吓了一把。他在家也曾经有这样胃痛症状,只不过多年没有发生,他去了厕所几次(幸亏坐在走廊的年轻人体谅他)。 印象中这样情形,他饮食不定会引起,这也难怪他,上机之前中午吃了午餐,我们到晚上9点多才吃晚餐,加上过去几天在路上出游,吃得不定时。过后他人较舒服了起来,也有入睡了一会儿。我想如果我一个人坐飞机遇到这样情形,我该怎么办?
过后在早餐之前,他向空服人员要了2个杯面,空姐弄热之后送过来给我们吃。虽然说吃杯面是不健康,可是当你口淡淡的时候或者你离家多时,一个杯面可以让胃口好起来。
多年前,我和他一起乘搭新航,知道除了飞机餐之外,可以向空服人员要求杯面。这一次他的情形,幸亏过后有一杯杯面暖肚子,也不至于泻肚子后饿肚子。

Prawns (Shrimp) are some of the easiest ingredients to be used for home cooking. Whenever we have our family or friends over for a meal, we will always have a shrimp dish in our spread because they look "expensive" and yet so easy to prepare. This is Black Pepper Prawn / Shrimp recipe is created with a Chinese twist. What it means is basically because we used ingredients such as oyster sauce, dark soy sauce etc, which are usually used cook Chinese dishes.
