#家常肉燥
材料:
豬絞肉200g
豬皮200g
(肥瘦比例1:1,不喜歡豬皮者可以全絞肉400g
水煮蛋去殼3~5顆
調味料:
老滷醬85cc(半量米杯)
水170cc (1量米杯)
油蔥酥2大匙
細冰糖1大匙
紹興酒2大匙

作法:
1. 豬皮燙熟後將裡層的油脂去除乾淨只取皮部份切約1公分的小丁備用。
2. 平底鍋少油熱鍋後煸香豬絞肉,呈白色狀後加入切好的豬皮,細冰糖1大匙煸香至焦糖色。
3. 加入2大匙的油蔥酥炒香後加2大匙的紹興酒炒出香氣。
4. 將平底鍋中所有食材換到小陶鍋中,平底鍋裡加一杯水攪拌後將鍋中精華一起倒入陶鍋中。
5. 加入水煮蛋,半杯老滷醬,沸騰後轉小火煨煮20分鐘即可。

Tips:好吃的祕訣來自老魯滷醬及油蔥酥,豬皮是另一個重要的關鍵,也是好吃黏口膠質的來源。

【週三吃蔬菜】佛手瓜 chow-chow

對於很喜歡吃蔬菜的台灣人來說，在英國生活的一大不方便，就是外食的蔬菜真的是太少了啊！尤其，把馬鈴薯當蔬菜是怎麼回事啊！那個澱粉那麼多怎麼叫蔬菜！然後，英國連鎖超市的蔬菜種類即使不少，但種類其實也就是那麼些，有時候，太喜歡變換口味的話，還可以吃什麼蔬菜呢？

今天要講一個，在英國買得到，但是常常都不是在連鎖超市買得到的蔬菜：佛手瓜，chow-chow。這是一個夏季盛產的蔬菜，台灣跟香港都常見，只要把皮削了、去籽，就是很好吃的瓜類了！不但炒了之後還會有脆脆的口感，拿來燉排骨也很棒喔！要不然，網路上也可以找到一堆佛手瓜食譜。這真算是夏天的好蔬菜呢！

哪裡買：通常在中東超市、印度超市、或者拉丁區的超市，都有可能看得到喔！不過，要花點力氣找就是了。

題外話：話說，英國雖然買得到佛手瓜，但是太可惜買不到佛手瓜的嫩莖，要不然就可以炒龍鬚菜了！真是太可惜了！

就是以番茄為主的義大利麵，
