Impression |
• It's a watery toner that I use as a first step after cleansing 2 to 3 times a week and I always use cotton pads that have perforated or textured layer on top to help with smoothing out my dry, flaky under-eye area.
• I've previously used other acid-containing toners with lower acid percentages that sting my face so badly I cried, this 5.25% AHA toner however doesn't irritate my skin at all, even on my sensitive facial area.

Thoughts |
• I've started using this toner around March this year and finished my first bottle within 4 months which is quite major to a huge #skincarehoarder like myself.
• I love using this toner especially in my evening skincare routine where I focus a lot on anti-aging skincare products mostly with thick and heavy consistencies so having exfoliating toner is crucial to aid those products to be absorbed well into skin rather than just sitting on top or piling into balls of disappointment.
• While I don't see any major visible change on my overall complexion yet, I definitely feel improvement in terms of texture of my skin as this product completely smoothed out my flaky outer cheeks and chin area within few months of consistent use and these days, I surely would notice if I let a week goes by without using it.

Overall, 5/5. I love it! I'm on my second bottle now and already have a backup for it!
• FYI, I still consider myself as a beginner when it comes to using acids in skincare and I'd say this is gentle enough for my normal to oily skin with dehydrated area.
• Building a skincare routine around this toner is so much fun but I'm someone who apply and reapply sunscreens every single day which is non-negotiable if you're using exfoliators in your skincare routine. @ Kota Kinabalu
