Here's a recipe to satisfy your cravings..ON mini chocolate muffins..
These ingredients makes approximately 10 mini muffins:
1 scoop ON Gold Standard Whey double chocolate flavour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp natural sweetener or brown sugar
2 tbsp yogurt
2 egg whites
1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Method:
1) Mix ON protein with cocoa powder, baking soda and brown sugar
2) Add 2 egg whites into the mixture and mix thoroughly
3) Mix in yogurt and peanut butter to smoothen the texture
4) Finish it off with some vanilla essence
5) Line cupcake molds with oil spray and fill batter half full.
6) Bake for 20 mins at 150 degrees
7) Add on toppings like Nutella (my favourite) for extra flavour and enjoy!
