Always a big fan on the brand Optimum Nutrition as they only select the best whey protein! Especially during this MCO when all the gym are closed, I have to workout at home most of the time to keep my body fit, and of course, can't skip my protein intake as well at home 😋
With 24g of protein in a scoop, I really love how it taste and how smooth the texture is. Most importantly it’s doesn’t have some weird after taste. 💕I especially love their Gold Standard 100% Whey and my favourite flavour is definitely Double Chocolate!

#throwback May 2017..I wasn't at my leanest but I knew how to achieve it. Consistency...Proper diet with sound nutrition, solid training plan and healthy lifestyle is all I believe in.
Right now I'm determined to achieve my leanest by end of this year. Its true, genetics play a role and I'm bless in a way (generally low body fat) but still there are huge effort required. No more cheat meals or refined sugars. I been having loads n loads at insane quantities..trust me. I don't always show those sinful stuffs I eat on IG story n for those who follows you are just having a tiny glimpse of it. I'm highly addicted to all the wrong food we shouldn't be eating and I need to stay strong and resist..🙏
Anyway here's a simple supplement stack I prepare before workout. I have this during my workout to quench my thirst and for the gainz.
1 scoop unflavoured BCAA (5g)
1 scoop gold standard BCAA (5g)
1 scoop glutamine (5g)
So it's just 10g of BCAA (not too sweet tasting) for muscle recovery and 5g glutamine for muscle sparring effect while I'm stressing my body out during an intense workout and that's all I use regardless bulk or cutting phase. Whey protein with high GI carbs are nice to have only after workout to spike my insulin and help with muscle recovery.
