Egg and Tomato Strata🍳🍅

👩🍳INGREDIENTS👨🍳
(For 4 servings)
10 large eggs
½ cup 2% milk(120 mL)
1 tsp salt
4 slices sprouted grain bread, cut in rough 1-inch (2 cm) squares
Cherry tomatoes(400 g), halved
15 oz chickpeas(425 g)
¼ cup fresh basil leaf(10 g), roughly chopped
4 oz goat cheese(125 g)
1 tbsp olive oil
📝PREPARATION📝
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt.
2. Add the bread and make sure the mixture has fully soaked in.
3. Refrigerate the mixture and let it sit for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) when ready to make.
5. Add the tomatoes, chickpeas, basil, and goat cheese to the mixture. Toss everything together to thoroughly combine.
6. Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Make surer the sides are coated with oil too.
7. Pour the combined ingredients into the skillet, spread evenly and press the bread into a flat, even layer.
8. Bake until the eggs are completely set and the edges are golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
9. Let sit for 15 minutes.
10. Serve and enjoy🌱😋

1 cup đường
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê muối
3 cups (720 ml) nước
½ tsp muỗng cà phê vani

1 13.5-oz (400ml) nước cốt dừa
1 tsp muỗng cà phê bột năng
2 tbsp muỗng canh (30g) đường
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê muối

Để có một bát chè khoai môn sao cho ngon và khéo ở chỗ khoai chín dẻo bùi nhưng vẫn không bị nát bễ, khoai còn nguyên khối vuông đẹp hoàn toàn không khó nhé cả nhà.
Vân dùng nồi áp suất để nấu nhằm tiết kiệm thời gian, nhưng nếu nấu bằng nồi thường thì nhớ canh chừng sao cho khoai chín vừa tới là được. Khoai chưa chín nấu chè ra sẽ bị sượng không ngon nữa. Nhưng nếu nấu khoai chín quá bát chè sẽ không còn đẹp mắt.
Vân thích ướp khoai với đường nên khoai thấm đường rất vừa ăn, bỏ khâu này ăn chè thấy khoai đi đường khoai, chè đi đường chè, hơi chán đấy nhé ;)

■材料3つで簡単チョコムース
4人分
材料:
ダークチョコレート 170g(刻んでおく)
マシュマロ 140g
牛乳 360ml
盛り付け:
生クリーム
チョコレート(削っておく)
作り方:
1. 鍋にマシュマロと牛乳を入れて中火で熱する。マシュマロが完全に溶けるまで、5-7分混ぜる。
2. 耐熱ボウルにダークチョコレートを入れ、(1)を注ぐ。2-3分置いてから泡立て器で混ぜる。
3. (2)を4つの容器に流し入れ、冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やし固める。
4. お好みで生クリームと削ったチョコレートでトッピングしたら、完成!
■材料4つで本格派チョコムース
4人分
材料:
卵 大4個(卵白と卵黄を分けておく)
砂糖 大さじ2
水 60ml
ダークチョコレート 140g(刻んでおく)
盛り付け:
生クリーム
ココアパウダー
作り方:
1. スキレットの底に折りたたんだキッチンタオルを敷き、水を入れて中火で熱する。
2. チョコレートを小さめの耐熱ボウルに入れ、ボウルごと(1)のお湯が入ったスキレットに入れる。チョコレートが溶けるまで、3〜5分混ぜる。ボウルを熱湯から取り出す。
3. 別の耐熱ボウルに卵白と砂糖大さじ1を入れ、ボウルごと(1)のスキレットに入れる。60˚Cになるまで混ぜ続け、ボウルを熱湯から取り出す。ツノが立つまでハンドミキサーで泡立てる。
4. また別の耐熱ボウルに卵黄、水、砂糖大さじ1を入れる。ボウルごと(1)のスキレットに入れ、ハンドミキサーで混ぜる。70-75˚Cになって泡立ったら、ボウルを熱湯から取り出す。
5. (1)を(4)に流し込み、ゴムベラでよく混ぜる。(3)を少し加え、混ぜてなじませる。残りの(3)を加えて優しく混ぜ合わせる。
6. (5)を4つの容器に流し入れ、冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やし固める。
7. お好みで生クリームとココアパウダーでトッピングしたら、完成!
■Easy 3-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
for 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate (170g)
5 oz marshmallow (140g)
1 ½ cups milk (360ml)
OPTIONAL GARNISHES
whipped cream
chocolate, grated
Preparation:
1. In a medium pot, combine the marshmallows and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows are completely melted, 5-7 minutes.
2. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then whisk until well combined and smooth.
3. Divide the mixture between 4 serving cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set.
4. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate, if desired.
5. Enjoy!
■Gourmet 4-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
for 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 large eggs, separated
2 tablespoons sugar, divided
¼ cup water(60 mL)
5 oz dark chocolate(140 g), chopped
OPTIONAL GARNISHES
whipped cream
cocoa powder
Preparation:
1. Fold a kitchen towel and set in the bottom of a large skillet. Fill with water and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
2. Place the chocolate in a small heatproof bowl. Set in the pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate is completely melted, 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove the bowl from the water and set aside.
3. Combine the egg whites and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a medium heatproof bowl. Set in the pan of simmering water and stir until the mixture reaches 140˚F (60˚C). Carefully remove the bowl from the water.
4. Using an electric hand mixer, beat the egg white mixture until soft peaks form. Set aside.
5. Set a medium heatproof bowl in the pan of simmering water. In the bowl, combine the egg yolks, water, and remaining tablespoon of sugar. Beat with an electric hand mixer until foamy and the temperature reaches 160-170˚F (70-75˚C). Carefully remove the bowl from the water.
6. Add the melted chocolate to the yolk mixture and mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
7. Add a scoop of the egg white mixture and stir to combine. Add rest of the egg white mixture and fold to incorporate.
8. Divide the mixture between 4 serving cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set.
9. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder, if desired.
10. Enjoy!
