2019년 6월 15~16일 부산 아시아드 보조경기장에서 진행되는 BTS 5TH MUSTER [MAGIC SHOP] 부산 공연의 공식 MD 판매 및 수령, BTS STUDIO 운영 안내 드립니다.

* 수령 부스 운영시간:
- 6월 15일 (토) : 09:00 ~ 18:00 (9h)
- 6월 16일 (일) : 09:00 ~ 18:00 (9h)
- 현장 수령 부스 방문 시 유의 사항 -
1. 구매한 상품은 구매한 일자/공연의 수령 부스에서만 수령이 가능합니다. 반드시 본인이 구매한 날짜에 맞게 방문하여 수령해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 해당 수령일 내 주문 내역 미수령 시 주문내역이 자동 취소됩니다.
2. 반드시 아래 준비물을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
1) 본인 확인 가능한 신분증 (여권, 신분증, 운전면허증 등)
2) 구매 주문서 출력본 – 모바일 캡쳐 화면 인정 불가, 종이 출력본 필수 지참
(빅히트샵 MY PAGE → 주문/배송 내역 → 해당 주문번호 클릭 후 주문 리스트 인쇄본)
※본인 확인 가능한 신분증은 본인 사진이 부착된 주민등록증, 학생증 (학생증에 생년월일이 나와있지 않은 경우 등본 또는 의료 보험증으로 추가 확인 필요), 여권, 운전면허증 등이며 초등학생의 경우에만 등본 또는 의료보험증만으로 확인 가능
3. 위에 해당되는 신분증 미 지참 시 주문 내역 수령이 불가하니 꼭 지참해주시길 바랍니다.
4. 부스 마감 시간에 맞춰 방문 시 시간 부족으로 인하여 수령이 어려울 수 있으므로 가급적 미리 방문 부탁 드립니다.
5. 외국인의 경우 MD 구매 후 출국 시 면세 혜택(DUTY FREE)을 받을 수 있는 TAX REFUND 부스를 운영할 예정입니다. (여권 지참 필수)

※ 공식 MD 판매는 일반 판매부스, EXPRESS 판매부스와 럭키드로우 부스로 나뉘어서 진행됩니다.
- 일반 판매부스에서는 럭키드로우를 제외한 현장 판매 품목 구매가 가능합니다.
- EXPRESS 판매부스에서는 ‘공식 응원봉 VER.3’와 ‘AAA 배터리’만 구매 가능합니다. (현장상황에 따라 일부의 품목이 추가 될 수 있습니다.)

We are pleased to announce official merchandise sales, pick-up booths and BTS STUDIO operation for BTS 5TH MUSTER [MAGIC SHOP] MAIN STADIUM OF BUSAN ASIAD on June 15th ~June 16th 2019.

NOTICE FOR VISITING PICK-UP BOOTHS
1. Purchased items can only be received at the date selected at time of purchase from pick-up booth. Please make sure that visiting and receiving items according to the date you selected.
※ If the ordered items are not received within the relevant date of receipt, the order details will be automatically cancelled.
2. Please bring the following supplies with you.
1) Your identification card (passport, ID, driver's license, etc.)
2) Purchase Order Printed Copy – Mobile Capture Screen won’t be accepted, Paper Printed Copy Required

※ Types of identification include national identification card with the photo of the person, student ID card (if the student ID does not show the date of birth, it needs to be checked additionally with a registered copy or a medical insurance card), passport, driver's license, etc. Only elementary school students can check the identification card with a registered copy or medical insurance card.
3. If you do not bring any types of identification listed above, you will not be able to receive your ordered items, so please bring your identification card with you.
4. Please visit us in advance as much as possible due to lack of time when visiting on time for the booth’s closing time.
5. For foreigners, we will operate a TAX REFUND booth where they can receive DUTY FREE service when leaving the country after purchasing MD. (passport required).

※ Since the Lucky Draw booth is located inside the main stadium of the Busan Asiad, it is only available to those who hold a BTS 5TH MUSTER [MAGIC SHOP] ticket to Busan on the same day.
※ Official merchandise booths will be operated as General sales booth, Express sales booth and Lucky draw booth.
- At the General sales booth, all the official merchandise will be available for sale excluding Lucky Draw.
- At the Express sales booth only OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 and AAA Batteries are available. (Depending on the operational situation, other items can be added for sales)
※ All booths are subject to early closure depending on the merchandise stock inventories.

* Purchase quantity limitation:
1) The official Light stick ver.3 is limited to 3 per person.
2) Participation limited per person for the Lucky Draw (ONLY ONCE).
3) 3 items limited for other products per person
※ Depending on the situation, there may be a change in the operation time of the booth and the number of purchase restrictions, so please understand the circumstances.
[NOTICE before PURCHASE]
1. Products may be sold out early.
2. Payments are accepted in KOREA WON (KRW, ₩) only.
3. Accepted payments are cash and selected credit cards (some cards may be difficult to pay due to the circumstances of the card company)
4. Refunds/exchange is not allowed due to customer's change of heart. In case of defective products, they can only be exchanged on site on the day of purchase, so be sure to check if they are defective right after receiving the product.
