#tbt thank you @novahawks44 for sending me this old school article. @novahawks44 @montez1906 Ho Lee and myself ended up breaking the 4x100 record and held it for over 20 years. I also tasted a lot of gold for the long jump, triple jump, 400m hurdle, and my specialty the 100m High Hurdles as well 😏
