- FREE fitness group classes! At 9:30am and 3:30pm on Monday-Friday and at 9:30am on Saturday
- FREE use of our weights gym
- Private lessons in Muay Thai, MMA, boxing and Muay Boran, available to purchase in our front office. No sparring or grappling will be allowed in these sessions and they must be done within the hours of 8am-5pm.
All customers must wear face masks when entering the gym, social distancing will be maintained between all customers during training sessions, and we will be implementing temperature testing and sanitising of all people entering the Tiger Muay Thai facility, as well as rigorous cleaning of all equipment throughout every day.
Our on site TMT Fightstore (currently promoting huge discounts) and reception will be open Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm.
