Just in case you don’t know about this part of me.

I have done making many guitar instructional books and dvds for Japanese market! Since around 1997

I went to meet in person at Rittor Music in Japan with a lot of my lesson materials.

They didnot know me at all. Actually no one know about “Tomo Fujita” “トモ藤田”around that time!

It was a true new start for me! My first offer was simply rejected🥲 (blues lesson video) They were making something similar topic.

My second offer was kindly rejected (funk lesson video) Actually my producer told me this later... he was making #almckay funk video!

Then I called my producer casually around Christmas 1996... he asked me what have I doing... so I told him I am focusing more foundation so than my students can play well with my lesson materials. He loved it!! And he ask me fax some of my materials. I kept sending my lesson materials and they could not catch up with papers!!

So don’t give up when are rejected! Just was not right timing or you could improve more... Remember these?
Don’t worry!
Don’t compare!
Don’t expect too fast!
Be kind to your self!
Keep your dreams strong 💪

【2021年奧斯卡最佳原創音樂獎十五強名單全彙整+配樂連結】

2021年奧斯卡金像獎最佳原創音樂獎的十五強短名單稍早公布。許多名單上的電影作曲家都是老面孔，包括曾以《英倫情人 The English Patient》（1996）在奧斯卡掄元的蓋布瑞．雅德，這次以義大利電影《來日同行》叩關；15次提名、零得獎的金獎常客湯瑪斯．紐曼這次獻上《細物警探》；兩度獲得小金人的亞歷山大．戴斯培以科幻新作《永夜漂流》的作曲再次受到好評。

曾以《社群網戰 The Social Network》（2010）的電音曲風榮獲奧斯卡的雙人組合川特．雷澤諾與艾提．卡羅斯這回也來勢洶洶，兩部曲風迥異的作品《曼克》與《靈魂急轉彎》都頗具勝算。但我個人這次最欣賞的作品是過去幾無人知的作曲家艾米莉．莫澤里所譜曲的《夢想之地》，清新柔和的曲風與劇中的家庭關係完美疊合。

Bringing a breath of fresh air to the Japanese Ukulele scene, Ryo Natoyama not only is an amazing Ukulele player but he also handcrafts all of his Ukuleles.  Born in 1993, he started playing the Ukulele after his family bought him one when they went to Hawaii during his 6th grade summer vacation. By the time he was in middle school, he crafted his own Ukulele. When he was 14, he became an opening act for Bruce Shimabukuro, Jody Kamisato, and other Hawaiian artists and appeared on television broadcasts. He also appeared on Jake Shimabukuro’s Japan Tour and in 2015, he released his 4th album called, “UKULELE SPLASH” and also a Christmas album called, “UKULELE Merry Christmas!”. Both albums were nominated for the 39th Na Hoku Hanohano Awards (Hawaii’s equivalent to the Grammy Awards) and he became the youngest Japanese artist to win with “UKULELE SPLASH”. He made his major label debut with “Made in Japan, To the World.” In July 2016. He has continued to be active in the music scene and has also performed in The United States, England, Italy, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, China, and Canada.

He also appeared on Jake Shimabukuro’s Japan Tour and in 2015, he released his 4th album called, “UKULELE SPLASH” and also a Christmas album called, “UKULELE Merry Christmas!”. Both albums were nominated for the 39th Na Hoku Hanohano Awards (Hawaii’s equivalent to the Grammy Awards) and he became the youngest Japanese artist to win with “UKULELE SPLASH”. He made his major label debut with “Made in Japan, To the World.” In July 2016. He has continued to be active in the music scene and has also performed in The United States, England, Italy, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, China, and Canada.
