關於 Jan Curious
Jan Curious 身兼本地音樂人與插畫師，2005 年活躍至今，先後擔任獨立樂隊觸執毛 (Chochukmo) 及 R.O.O.T 主音（自 2016 年起），向來以破格音樂，題材廣泛而天馬行空的歌詞，以及極具爆炸性與感染力的現場演出著稱。他在觸執毛期間發表的〈The King Lost His Pink〉及〈A Tragedy Your Majesty〉兩張英文專輯，均收錄多首電台流行榜冠軍歌，樂隊不但活躍於各地大小音樂節演出，更衝破本地所謂「非主流」與「主流」音樂界線，曾為許志安、王菀之及何韻詩等歌手創作歌曲，觸執毛並先後兩度獲邀擔任 2015 年度及 2017 年度「叱咤樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮」表演嘉賓。
2016 年，Jan Curious 聯同經常到世界各地巡演的爵士結他手 Teriver（張駿豪），年紀輕輕已經常為一眾流行歌手作曲、編曲及監製的蘇道哲（Sotoc），及來自台灣天團八三夭前鼓手，現活躍於爵士樂界的黃子瑜（Fish Huang）組成 R.O.O.T。樂隊以獨立搖滾的創新精神，將爵士高低跌宕、變幻莫測的情緒起伏發揮得淋灕盡致，配上流行樂般流暢動人的編排，以及各成員深厚的音樂根底與演出功力，造就一種無法明確定義卻又充滿個人風格的破格作品，並勇奪 2020 年度「叱吒樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮 - 叱吒樂壇生力軍銀獎」。
2019 年，Jan Curious 開始以個人名義發起其他音樂企劃，包括與觸執毛貝斯手 Tom 以 Jan Curious & tombeats. 名義，推出兩張有別於以往樂風而電子味十足的 EP 《S》及《I》，並曾參與 Tone Online Festival 演出。
2021 年，Jan Curious 以個人名義展開創作，並推出首支個人單曲〈媽媽〉，同時積極籌劃推出首張個人專輯。
