Tried the new “Classic Cantonese Cuisine” created by Maxim’s Chinese Cuisine, featuring classic dishes & dim sum from 70s. Very Old Skool! If u like retro, u gotta try this menu! I like Bean Curd Sheet with Shrimp Roes, deep fried crab claw with pork lard, steamed perch in 20 year old Hua Diao wine & black sesame roll.
