You might have noticed that I’ve been posting quite consistently about my nutrient intake, from the sort of supplements I take to the types of food/cooking I eat and do. I believe for us women to be and stay in momentum (@womentum.life 😉) we have to pay careful attention to what we put in our body. Working out and keeping to a fitness regime is beneficial for our health but what’s the point of all that hard work if we don’t take care of our diet?

One of my favourite things to do is to start my day right by ingesting superfoods and such, before I have my breakfast or coffee. Introducing my new fave drink!
