Premiering this season is the prized Morel Mushroom with Pork Belly & Dried Scallop Rice Dumpling. Screaming luxury and often referred to as the “sacred mushroom”, the morel mushroom that is specially imported from France is low in calories and packed with nutritional benefits. This is a heavenly combination of fork tender pork belly, complemented with dried scallops that lend a delicate lift to the glutinous rice. Poached for more than six hours, you will find yourself savouring every bite of this rice dumpling even to the last succulent morsel.
