如果對學習與發展領域有所關注的人資夥伴，想必對全球最大的人才發展協會ATD(Association for Talent Development)這個組織以及其舉辦的年會不陌生。
除了在美國本土外，ATD在全球各地也都會舉辦各區域的年會。而在台灣舉辦的亞太區年會，自然也就成了台灣及亞太地區人資從業者不可錯過的年度盛事之一。
本篇文章就與各位讀者分享年會第一天的Keynote Speech，由Britt Andreatta 博士所分享的「The Neuroscience of Innovation: Empowering New Ways of Thinking and Doing to Drive the Results That Matter－神經科學之創新：賦予新思維和創新行動方案」。

在ATD2019年會的最後一天，我參加了美國培訓之父 @bobpikecplp 的第一把交椅 @beckypluth 的課程，最後竟然抽中超大獎項🎉 （先賣關子）結束後顧不得一切，先衝上去抱她再說，太幸運啦！

終於結束長達六天每日睡眠不到五小時的高強度高密度學習！這裡齊聚了世界頂尖的HR、訓練師（Trainer and the Trainer who train the Trainer）和所有相關產業（Platform, Talent development, Assessment, Evaluation, Resourse, Library, Tool, Personal coach, etc.）讓對這領域完全是新手的我，大開眼界！

三百多場研討會、工作坊、論壇分四天同時進行，連「如何參加」都要有策略，加上有不少能夠跟作者和厲害講師交流的時間，覺得收穫滿滿。

After 2 days pre-conference workshop for training and 4 days conference with 300+ sessions and 400+ exhibitors at ATD2019, I feel like I've been reborn!!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Need more time to digest all the good knowledge, skills, methods, informations and resources because it’s about how you apply on what you’re going to do but not what you have learnt/known so far.
