成日有人問我，如果唔做Headhunt會唔會轉返做普通HR，坦白講應該唔得喇，因為好多公司一個價錢要請萬能俠，HR可以分為招聘同C&B，而家好多都要撈埋一齊，請人我就叻，C&B要顧埋勞工法例、Claim工傷，自問唔夠料。

特別係Claim工傷，見唔少Case都搞到好唔愉快，咁梗係啦！公司又要保障自己，員工整親又影響搵食，好少會和平解決，有時見到打工仔因為做嘢而令到身體受傷害，個心的確唔好受，老闆唔會養你一世，出嚟做嘢一定要小心啲，你嘅人生仲有漫漫長路呀！
