If you enjoy watching Broadway musicals and you want to improve your English, don’t miss this opportunity! On September 10 at the Taipei Public Library, Dr. Eric Lin, a Fulbright alumni and English professor at the National Taiwan Ocean University, will lead an English-learning activity using the famous Broadway musical “Phantom of the Opera,” which won seven Tony Awards including Best Musical in 1988. Participants will watch important moments of the show in short video clips. Dr. Lin will help the audience understand the meaning of the English dialogue in the musical.
