Three weeks ago, I thought it was just a minor ankle sprain. At the time, I went to the emergency room immediately and got an X-ray to confirm that nothing was fractured. Three weeks later, my ankle was still very swollen and bruised, and it hurt to walk. My friends thought it looked a bit serious and suggested that I go for an MRI. At first I was a bit hesitant…. I mean the doctor said it would get better on its own in two-three weeks. But for a peace of mind, I went obediently. Fortunately, I found out that my anterior talofibular ligament was completely torn, and it seemed that other ligaments were also damaged. The doctor advised me to get an anthroscopy, a minimally invasive surgery. Otherwise, even if I get better on my own, recovery could possibly be only 60%, and become a chronic sprained ankle problem.
In order to have a better chance of recovery, and to be able to continue to sing and dance on stage and bounce and fly on the court, we decided to get the surgery. So, tomorrow is surgery day. This is my first time having an operation, so I do feel a little nervous, and I really hope everything goes well! The more important thing afterwards is the physical rehabilitation process. I’m hoping that in two or three months, I will dance better, run faster, and kick ass on the tennis court! 😜😜😜💪💪💪 Please pray for me! 🙏🙏🙏

Exercise is Medicine!
Don’t let pain, injury or age stop you.
(Lateral ligament complex support)
(Arch support)
(Quadriceps offload)
(Lumbar offload)

Allen Iverson did not outscore the
Portland Trail Blazers. It only seemed that way.
Iverson scored 36 points to lead the Philadelphia 76ers to their
10th win in 11 games, 88-60 over the Trail Blazers, who went
more than eight minutes in the second half without a basket.
"I don't consider it a big win. It's just a win," Iverson said.
"At this time of the season, all you want is wins. However
you get them, when you get them, it don't matter. You've just
got to get them."
Iverson made 13-of-23 shots from the field and added four
assists, including a beautiful two-handed backhand pass to Aaron
McKie, whose layup gave Philadelphia a 72-53 lead with 5:57
left in the fourth quarter.
"He really made an effort to penetrate," 76ers coach Larry Brown
said of Iverson. "He got in the gaps. He breaks you down. If
you come over to help, he's finding people."
Eric Snow added 16 points and Derrick Coleman had 11 for the
76ers.
Philadelphia took its first lead, 34-32, on a pair of free
throws by Iverson with 26 seconds left before halftime. Iverson
scored 10 of the Sixers' 21 points in the third quarter as they
built a 55-44 lead and started to pull away.
"I think I'm starting to play a little better," Iverson said.
"I'm getting in a better groove. ... I'm just taking what the
defense is giving me and just playing it hard every game."
The Trail Blazers scored just 28 points in the second half and
did not make a basket for the final 6:47 of the third quarter.
The drought continued until Zach Randolph made a short jumper
1:47 into the final period to get Portland within 57-46.
"It was a very poor offensive game for us," Blazers coach
Maurice Cheeks said. "In a nutshell, we couldn't score the
basketball. They were much, much better than us offensively."
Randolph netted six of his 10 points in the fourth quarter, when
the Blazers were outscored, 33-16.
"The thing that we wanted to do is stop the easy baskets and the
second-chance baskets," Snow said. "They are a team that plays
off energy and they are athletic. When you have a team like
that, you can't give them anything that will give them energy."
Rasheed Wallace led Portland with 17 points and Derek Anderson
added 12. Wallace shot 8-of-17 from the field but missed all
five 3-point attempts.
The teams combined to miss all 14 3-pointers, including 10 by
the Blazers. It was the first time two NBA teams failed to make
a 3-pointer since March 18, 1999, when Minnesota and Vancouver
could not find their shooting strokes.
Portland shot 36 percent (26-of-72) from the field and made only
8-of-18 free throws, including a 1-of-4 performance by Ruben
Patterson.
Late in the fourth quarter, Brown became ill and returned to the
locker room. He told reporters he had a virus.
"How many times are you up 20 on the road?" Brown joked. "Maybe
that's why I got so hot."
In his first start since returning to the 76ers off waivers from
Cleveland, Tyrone Hill had four points and eight rebounds. He
started in place of Kenny Thomas, who missed the game with a
sprained ligament in his right ankle.
The Sixers moved within two games of slumping New Jersey for
first place in the Atlantic Division.
Philadelphia has won five of its last six road games, including
two of three on its five-game western swing. The trip concludes
with games against Seattle and the Los Angeles Lakers.
"It was a good victory for us, especially on the road and
playing here, as talented as they are," Hill said. "It just
shows the character of this team."
Portland slipped back into a virtual tie with Minnesota for
fourth place in the Western Conference. The Blazers, who have
lost two in a row following a four-game winning streak, are
percentage points ahead of the Timberwolves, who have played two
additional games.
After scoring just one point in Wednesday's 98-92 loss to
Phoenix, Scottie Pippen had another off night with four points
and four turnovers.
"Physically, I feel a lot better than I do mentally," Pippen
said. "My knee is bothering me a little bit, but it's no
cop-out to the way we're playing. I think if I can pick up my
play, then I think the team tends to play a lot better. The
last couple of games, I've struggled and we've struggled as a
team."
The Blazers lost for just the second time in the last eight
meetings with the Sixers.

Larry Brown believes Allen Iverson is playing the best basketball of his career -- a point that was difficult to argue after what Iverson did Friday night.
Iverson scored 40 points in leading the 76ers to a 108-99 victory over the Seattle SuperSonics, giving Philadelphia its 11th win in 12 games since the All-Star break.
"He's had the best year since I've been around him," said Brown, who has been coaching Iverson for the last six seasons.
"He's a Hall of Fame coach," said Iverson. "So I guess he knows what he's talking about as far as my game goes. That makes me feel good to get a compliment like that."
Iverson shot 15-of-27 from the field and the Sixers shot 51.9 percent.
Seattle, which had five players score in double figures, had its six-game home winning streak snapped.
"Tonight (Iverson) was pretty consistent throughout the game knocking down shots," said Sonics coach Nate McMillan. "Every time we tried to make a run it seemed like he came up with a big basket. When he has that going, there is nothing you can do except hope that he misses some shots."
Keith Van Horn scored 26, Derrick Coleman had 14 points and 14 rebounds and Eric Snow also had a double-double with 14 points and 10 assists.
It was Iverson's third game this season with 40 or more points and the fourth time this season that the Sonics allowed an opponent to score 40-plus points.
"You're at his mercy when he's hitting his jumpers," said Kevin Ollie, who came off the bench to score 12 points.
The Sonics were led by Ray Allen's 24 points, but he was double-teamed and hounded by defenders the entire game. Although he led the Sonics in scoring for the seventh straight game, Allen shot only 8-of-23 from the field. Vladimir Radmanovic had 20, Brent Barry added 14, and Rashard Lewis added 12.
"We threw a lot of different guys at Ray Allen tonight," said Aaron McKie. "We chased him around, bumped him and gave him a lot of different looks. He's always been able to score so we wanted to keep after him."
The Sixers dominated on the inside, outscoring the Sonics 50-28 in the paint. Seattle scored many of its points from the outside, going 13-of-23 from 3-point range.
"We couldn't stop their penetration," said McMillan. "All night long they were playing in our paint with either Snow or Iverson. They were breaking down and forcing our bigs to step up and leave the basket open for offensive rebounds."
Philadelphia outrebounded Seattle 37-29 and had 11 offensive rebounds.
Iverson took over in the third quarter when he scored 14 of his points.
Van Horn's fast-break layup with 6:09 left pushed the Sixers' lead to 97-79. Seattle responded with a 14-3 run, capped by Lewis' 3-pointer with 2:18 to play that cut Philadelphia's lead to 100-93. The Sonics would not get any closer.
The Sixers are now 11 games over .500. It's their highest mark since they opened the season15-4.
"We're playing very well right now," said Iverson. "We just have to keep doing the same thing we've been doing since the break."

The Orlando Magic were determined to cover Allen Iverson with one defender, a strategy that didn't stop the defending NBA champion but did derail the Philadelphia 76ers.
Iverson shrugged off a slow start to score a season-high 46 points Wednesday night, but the Magic contained Philadelphia's other starters to beat the 76ers 110-105 behind 25 points by Pat Garrity and 20 by Darrell Armstrong.
"That little guy is something else. He drove me crazy," Doc Rivers, Orlando's first-year coach, said. "We didn't want to trap him, and it nearly cost us. We told the guys if we could stop the other four, we could win the game."
Garrity came off the bench to make 10 of 11 shots and John Amaechi scored five of his 13 points in the final minute to help the surprising Magic improve to 4-2 with their third straight victory.
Iverson made nine straight shots during one stretch and scored 36 in the second half, including 22 in the third quarter when he made all eight of his shots and was 4-for-4 on 3-point attempts.
His strong third quarter lifted Philadelphia to 76-73 lead. But the 76ers, who are 1-0 at home but 0-4 on the road, never took control of the game.
"He played great, gave us a chance to win," 76ers coach Larry Brown said, describing Iverson's performance as "phenomenal."
Monty Williams gave the Magic the lead for good at 90-89, beginning a 15-6 spurt that allowed Orlando to go up 103-95 with just under three minutes to go.
The closest Philadelphia got down the stretch was three points before Amaechi scored on a putback and a 3-pointer for Orlando's last five points. Iverson finished 18-of-33 from the field, and his point total was four shy of his career high.
"I think that is the hottest I have ever been in my career," Iverson said, though the performance had a hollow feel because the 76ers lost yet another game in which he was virtually unstoppable.
"Every time I score 40, the same thing happens. So I would rather keep it under 40. I was just playing basketball. My teammates knew I was hot and just kept giving me the ball. Every team does that when a guy gets hot."
Armstrong got in foul trouble and his backup, Chucky Atkins, fouled out trying to guard Iverson. The Magic also used the 6-foot-8 Williams to try to slow the 6-foot Iverson, to no avail. When Armstrong returned in the fourth quarter, Rivers finally resorted to trapping the scoring champion.
"Just having two point guards, we couldn't afford to have Armstrong foul out," Rivers said. "We only did it to try to protect him."
George Lynch had 15 points and reserve Todd MacCulloch had 10 for the 76ers. Larry Hughes scored only seven points on 3-for-10 shooting in 17 minutes.
Iverson missed seven of his first eight shots and was 5-of-15 in the first half, yet the 76ers were able to wipe out an early 12-point deficit and build a double-digit lead of their own.
The Magic led 18-6 before being outscored 35-13 over a 13-minute stretch to fall behind 41-31. Iverson had four points during the surge and added two more baskets in the last five minutes of the second quarter to finish the half with 10 points.
Notes: Philadelphia's Tyrone Hill missed the game because of a ligament rupture in his right ring finger. He will be sidelined 7-10 days. ... Orlando's Matt Harpring sat out with a tendon problem in his left ankle. ... In five of the Magic's six games, the Magic's leading scorer has come off the bench. ... Philadelphia allowed an opponent to score 100 points for the first time this season.
