Being able to step foot & pray in one of the most holiest place in Japan- Ise Jingu is a surreal experience indeed. Home to Amaterasu Omikami (sun goddess) & Toyo'uke-daijingu(Geku).

People usually bow at this tori gate before entering as it marks the entrance to the shrine after crossing the Ujibashi bridge.

Photos aren't allowed inside, only prayers and offerings.

With to my Kintetsu rail pass I'm able to come all the way here hassle free 🙏
Thankful for all the opportunities this year and hope that the following years would be kind to me as well.

Unintentionally wore matchy colors with my ride on the Samurai train in Mie prefecture!

Home to Ninjas & delicious lobsters, Mie marks the 22th prefecture out of my #47prefecturemission 😍🇯🇵 Used my kintetsu pass from Osaka and it took me about 2hours to reach with the Limited express train🚆
