復活節假期將近，不同酒店紛紛推出主題下午茶，實在吸引，位於居高臨下麗思卡爾頓酒店The Ritz-Carlton Café 103 與意大利高級珠寶品牌Pomellato寶曼蘭朵攜手彰顯匠人工藝「Art of Italian」下午茶。自 1967 年起，Pomellato 寶曼蘭朵已在意大利米蘭工坊創作出無數絢麗瑰寶，其色彩繽紛的作品不單顛覆傳統，同時秉承金匠的精湛手工工藝，與香港麗思卡爾頓酒店的匠人精神可謂同出一轍。為彰顯這共同理念，酒店廚師特意設計出四款鹹點和六款甜點，一同趁着復活節假期，不妨一試，一邊品嚐美食，一邊欣賞迷人維港海景下嘆番一個寫意的下午！
