Comeback Protocal Week 2
ผ่านไป 1 สัปดาห์ ฤทธิ์ยากดประสาทยังมีอยุ่ ทำให้ซ้อมค่อนข้างลำบาก Focus ลำบาก ,Mood Swing ,กล้ามเนื้อสั่นไปหมด มีความเฉื่อยชาจากฤทธิ์ยา แต่พยายามลากตัวเองไปออกกำลังกายให้ได้ทุกครั้งที่มีโอกาส ไม่ว่าจะเวทหรือคาดิโอ
อาหาร : หลักๆยังคงรับประทานอาหารกล่องจาก DinoPao Kitchen วันละ 3 กล่องอยู่ และ Whey Protein 2 Scoop ผมไม่ค่อยคิดว่าทานตอนไหน แค่ในวันนั้นทานให้ครบที่ตั้งเอาไว้ เช่นบางวันตื่นมารู้สึกไม่อยากทานอะไร ก็กินแค่ Whey แต่ถ้าตื่นมาหิวเลยก็ทานอาหารกล่องเลย แล้วแต่
ออกกำลังกาย : ใช้ตาราง Hero Training System อยู่ เริ่มไต้กลับขึ้นมาได้เบาๆ Bench Press กลับมาข้างละ 15kg , Overhead Press ได้ข้างละ 10kg , Deadlift บาร์เปล่าตอนแรกหนัก ตอนนี้เรื่มได้ข้างละ 20kg โหนบาร์จาก 1 ทีก็เริ่มได้ประมาณ 6 ที Muscle Memory กลับมาไวอยุ่
อาหารเสริม : วิตามินยังจัดหนักอยู่เหมือนโพสแรก อัดเยอะมาก ทานหลังมื้อเช้า ต้องเรียกให้ร่างกายกลับมาปกติให้ไวที่สุด
Anabolic : สัปดาห์นี้จะเพิ่ม Primobolan Enanthate ขึ้นมาเป็น 500mg ต่อสัปดาห์ ใช้ Pharma Grade เท่านั้น คุณภาพดีกว่า Generic มาก ถูกออกแบบมาให้มนุษย์ใช้เพิ่มกล้ามเนื้อในช่วง Muscle Wasting อยู่แล้ว
Anavar ลองลดลงมาเหลือ 30mg ต่อวัน และใช้ 50mg ต่อวันเฉพาะวันที่เล่น Chest และ Back (Pump + Anabolic Effect)
Clen ลดลงเหลือ 40mcg และ T3 ลดลงเหลือ 25mcg เนื่องจากเพิ่ม Primobolan ขึ้นมา และ ตัว Primobolan มีคุณสมบัติจับกับ Fat Adipose Tissue เพื่อเบินทิ้งอยู่บ้าง ทำให้ไม่จำเป็นต้องอัด Fat Burner เยอะ ลด Side Effect ลง
หุ่นเปลี่ยนแปลงเริ่มเห็นตั้งแต่ Week แรก ชัดเจนก่อนคือ Trapezius เริ่มกลับขึ้นมาน่าจะจาก Primobolan วิ่งไปจับ Androgen Receptor บริเวณนี้ + กลับมาซ้อม + กิน ไขมันรอบทองเริ่มลดลง ที่ลงเยอะน่าจะเป็นบริเวณใบหน้าและขา ที่คาดิโอวันละ 2 ชั่วโมง

［擲筊］
擲筊是一種在道教中請示鬼神指示的工具，筊多為木製而成，有分正反兩面，平面為正面，凸起為反面，兩個為一對，兩個筊合在一起為完整的新月的形狀；除了詢問問題之外，求籤也是需要用到擲筊。
通常筊的結果只會有三種型態，正面和正面、正面和反面、反面和反面；正面和正面的組合稱為「笑筊」，代表問題不明確或是沒有答案；正面和反面的組合稱為「聖筊」，代表正確和肯定；反面和反面的組合稱為「蓋筊」，代表否定和不可行。
在道教的廟宇中，筊通常會放在神明桌上，擲筊前要將筊拿至香爐上方以順時針的方向繞三圈，再拿著筊跪至神明的面前，向神明報上自己的名字等個人資料，再向神明提出問題，並將筊丟至地上，筊出現的型態就代表問題的解答。
若是抽籤也必須用上述的方式；抽籤前必須先擲筊，先得到神明的許可才能開始；抽起一支籤放在神桌上，再擲筊向神明確認有沒有抽到正確的籤，如果沒有抽到正確的籤，便再一次的抽籤和擲筊，反覆直到有擲出聖筊為止。

buăk-bŭi, "cast moon blocks", also called as "bwa bwei", it is a traditional Taoist divination method. The divination seeker throws or drops two little wooden pieces on the floor and gets the divine answer by the positions of the pieces whether the future course being contemplated is recommended or not. Besides seeking divination straight from the deity, the act of bwa bwei would also be preformed when requesting a fortune stick.
The blocks come as a pair of two, each has two side. The flat side the front and the curved side is the back. When putting two blocks together to form a pair, the pair resemble the shape of the new moon.
Usually, the divination seeker would get one out of these three answers: front/ front, front/ back, back/ back. Front/ front is the laughing draw, it means the divination is ambiguous in nature and the question asked is incorrect or should be worded differently, therefore no answer is given. Front/ back is the holy draw, it means the divination is positive and confirmed. The last is cover draw, which is the back/back, it means the whatever the seeker is seeking has been denied or would not work.
In Taoist temples, the “bwei” is usually seen placed on the altar. Before the bwa bwei can be performed, the seeker has to take the pair of bwei to the top of the incense burner, and draw circle clockwise on top of the incense burner 3 time with the bwei. Once it’s done, the seeker would then kneel down in front of the altar, facing the deity. The seeker would need to report the basic personal information to the deity in silent, then ask the question. After asking the question, the seeker would then throw the bwei on the floor to get the answer from the deity. However the bwei laying on the floor would be the answer to the question.
If the person is only looking to draw the fortune telling sticks, the same process of bwa bwei would still need to be followed to get authorized by the deity before he or she begin to draw the sticks. Once the person drew the stick from the holder, whatever written on the stick would need to be confirmed by the deity throw bwa bwei. If it’s not confirmed by it, the person would need to keeping going through the same process until the deity approves.

Diet - One of the most demanded content, yet this content will also be the most hated/disliked out of all. Maybe Diet is a sensitive topic, and people might have super high expectations from my diet, such as "I can't believe Jordan eat carbs? Jordan eat meat? Seeing the way Jordan cooks his pasta makes me cry! Jordan took supplements??? Jordan doesn't eat chicken breast? No fruits No Fish? Jordan is not healthy enough!" etc. As much as I've seen this coming from people, these are the reasons that held me back making content like this. But hey!
