One of my favourite back exercise. The lat push down or press down. Great way to shape up and strengthen up your lats to help you get that hour glass figure and improve your posture.

Tips
- do back and shoulder activation exercises to get better engagement of the right muscles.
- experiment on angles and hand width to see which works the muscle you want.
- ensure full range of motion not stopping halfway. Get the full stretch.
- think of using your back/lats rather than your arms to do the press down.

I love working my back! Just loveee. The seated row is one of my fav back exercises cause it's just straight up and not too complicated. Here I'm doing a stretched seated row. It works the back differently and by stretching more you recruit more muscle fibres.

One thing I tell my girls is to think bout using your lats. Cause the common problem I see are the traps (shoulder area) going up. I used to have that problem too. The trick i use is to roll the shoulders back. Think of decompressing your scapula by bringing the shoulders down. And squeeze your scapula together. You should feel your mid back.
