This is the crépe recipe made with Pamina Evaporated Milk and some variances.

Ingredients
🥞Crépe:
200g Milk
50g Pamina evaporated milk
20g Cultured butter
100g Whole eggs
20g Sugar
2g Salt
1g Vanilla paste
40g Cake flour
40g Bread flour

🍫Ganache:
60g 62% bitter-sweet chocolate
100g Whipping cream

🥛Crème Chantilly:
300g Whipping cream
30g Sugar
1g Vanilla Paste
Steps:
Whip the cream to medium peak and reserve in fridge for later use.
🍌Banana Flambées
40g Sugar
10g Butter
2pcs Banana
30g Raspberry flavoured Vodka

CHICKEN BURGER
- 2 Chicken Breast, sliced
- 4 Butter Buns
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Optional:
- Mayo & Ketchup
- Lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
Steps:
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2) In a bowl, add in the flour.
3) In another bowl, mix together all the spices, salt & pepper and bread crumbs.
4) Then, pour the eggs into a large bowl and whisk just until the yolks and whites are blended.
5) Next, dip chicken pieces into the flour first, then coat with the egg and lastly coat with breadcrumb mixture.
6) Place the well-coated chicken pieces on the baking try layered with baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
SWEET POTATO FRIES
- 2 Sweet Potatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Salt
Steps:
1) In a large bowl, mix together coconut oil, spices and salt.
2) Then add in sweet potato fries and toss to coat well.
3) Once the sweet potato fries are well coated, transfer the fries to baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
4) Once the chicken nuggets and fries are done, you can assemble the burgers the way you like with lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup.
