@pampas_soho_hk 阿根廷菜館，我都是第一次食，我只知道阿根廷牛就是 signature 菜之一，其餘是什麼味道、什麼煮法都未有認真體驗一下，所以上星期放工決定去中環蘇豪展開我的異國菜風情美食記😜😜
🔹開胃麵包 $0 跟一般西餐一樣，先給食客麵包，邊吃邊等order. 麵包沒特別，正正常常🍞🍞
🔹Mixed Sausages $198 烤雜腸拼盤，豬肉腸: 其實質地有點似平時的腸仔，幾好味。中間黑色是烤血腸: 這血腸比較鬆散，應該係血再加大量內藏，其實味道似香港的膶腸。最好味就是烤牛腸: 好有吃烤牛仔肉的味，雖然是牛肉腸，但仍有肉汁，真的不錯👍👍👍
🔹Tenderloin Steak $348 (250gm) 來自阿根廷的牛，阿根廷式煎烤，賣相不特別，吃了一口就分別到是優質牛，好濃厚牛肉味，肉質軟熟，薯條好新鮮。來頭: 原來這裡的牛來源地均為阿根廷LA PAMPAS省進口，都係以青草餵飼，肉質會比較好，吃得健康放心😋😋😋😋
🔹Chicken Brochette $228 阿根廷雞肉串燒，造法跟一般美式串燒差不多，都是跟有紅椒青椒和洋蔥，不錯啊😊😊

The perfect blend between fat and meat makes for delectable and juicy kebabs. No part of the animal is wasted; even the hooves are used and made into a stewed dish. While kebabs are considered fast food, each individual skewer requires quite a bit of preparation.
