⭕️ 代購物品均非客人本人親自向品牌購買，一旦需求品牌售後服務，容易因各種原因無法順利自行送修，或被要求高額的維修費用。這也是AJ為客人提供代送品牌售後服務的原因之一。

精品非消耗品，總有需要品牌售後服務的時候。

客人 2 年前 委託本公司代購的Chanel 夾式耳環，近期發現掉鑽需要維修補鑽，直接請AJ代送品牌售後服務。

合作店員告知因離購買日期已久，目前公司政策是需要收取維修費用約一千多元，然而我們是長期支持合作店面的顧客，維修費用應能減免。

疫情期間維修時程較長，代客送修約略兩週後收到合作店員通知維修完成，確定公司沒有收取費用，AJ再次為客人荷包省了不少☺️

⭕️本公司 代送品牌售後服務免服務費，也只代送由本公司代購的精品。

這次和Celine到台中、南投體驗兩天一夜的「偽歐洲莊園之旅」，從前期的聯繫溝通到拍攝，Celine總是盡力配合，更不吝與我們分享她的工作經驗、拍片秘訣等等，是一個相處起來讓人感到舒服、自在的女生。

在她身上，Miss 30看到「敬業」二字，就像她說：「無論做什麼事，都希望不要對不起自己。」為了拍片，從零開始學習，從不懂網路行銷、語言到深度了解，在這次的旅途聊天中，我們深深感受到她對自己的堅持。而即便從清晨5:30出發，一路拍到晚上10點，Celine仍帶著笑容和活力，敬業完成每一顆鏡頭。

當年讀化學系的她、今年27歲的她，大概沒想過有天會以「旅遊」為業、會擁有屬於自己的旅遊頻道，雖然現在的工作與當年所學不相干，但從Celine有邏輯的構思畫面，不難感受到她的影片鏡頭裡，是很有理工魂的！說起30歲，甚至是更遠的未來想做什麼？Celine笑說：「到時候不知道有沒有力氣再拍旅遊影片，但還是很愛旅遊，希望能開一間旅行社，或賣旅遊相關商品，也希望30歲的自己，別讓我失望了。」

Getting there: There is shopping express coach from that runs direct from central London to Bicester Village. Please google "Bicester Village" for more information on how to get there. (P.S.
