Last week I was invited by @CIMBmalaysia to attend their launch of F.I.R.S.T. It's a new service on their website that plans your finances, and when I was there I was asked what would I do with RM250K. A house would be my first investment. But what kind of plan would I seek?

These were questions I find confusing. However, I was pleasantly surprised to know that I would be recommended the right loan plan for my current income and age* through the CIMB F.I.R.S.T. online profiler.
