Day 1: Banff town. Alberta.
We got ourselves a yellow color Jeep Wrangler, drove one and a half hour from Calgary airport. Reached this little town. Bigger than the one in Yellowknife.
The weather was good, clear blue sky with cotton candy cloud ☁️. Not windy. But heard the snow is on its way here. Hopefully not too cold for us to go outdoor hiking 🙏🏻

驚豔的泰式料理。

好像一直在改變加拿大第一名的泰式料理⋯但，這又是讓我超級驚豔的一家。

不過這家不在溫哥華，在卡加利。

而且⋯這家泰式餐廳White elephant 隱身在飯店裡頭，根本看不見招牌，只見到許多在地人熟門熟路的開了一個逃生門走進去⋯就是一家餐廳。

份量很多，我們很餓，點了Pad Kee mao, Khao Soi, Tom Yum Kung, Tom Ka Gai, Thai ice tea, 如果一如往常的小小份，我們一定會吃完，不過真的太大份了啦⋯

We ordered Spicy noodle, Khao Soi, Tom Yum Kung, Tom Ka Gai, Thai ice tea, it was amazing !!!

But it’s not in Vancouver, it’s in Calgary, call “White Elephant”, hiding in the hotel of Airport Traveler Inn.

The serving was very big, don’t order too much....
