There were people that used to look down on me, thinking that I ain’t worth shit being only able to draw.
I’ve encountered a self-centered, conceited mofo before during work,She was all saying that she wanted to collab with me to make a game but all she really wanted to do was to use my rep to do her own thing.
That fucking asshole thought she was the shit and everyone should bow down to her ass. She has fucking broken English skills but she was all like “I’m the fucking greatest in the world.”
She used to talk about how her mom opened up an English cram school for her, some shits about her studying abroad in England for fucking 9 weeks and that she’s da shit for doing so, and also she kept bragging that even the CEO thinks her English is very good.
But guess what tho, her retarded ass can’t even speak or write in proper English. She fucking not only spoke with a retarded accent but her grammar is all over the place, but yet she had the balls to bitch and laugh at others when they make a mistake in English, saying shit like “Didn’t that guy study in England, how come his writings are crap?”
And she would even use onomatopoeia phrases like “ewww” or “eek” or “ouch” to prove that her English is “authentic.”
U know what tho, if ur English is that good there’s no fucking need for u to show off like this or use berate others.
One time, I had enough and wrote a long ass complaint to the boss(About work stuff), that made her shut up for good cause the fucking retard wasn’t able to understand a word of that letter.
That bitch thought she’s better than everyone else and she’s not shy to it.
What’s make matters worse is that she hates dogs cause she thinks dogs are filthy animals.
When my dog Baku passed away she made some nasty remarks that I’ll never forgot and forgive her.
Honest to God I’ve never seen this kind of worthless piece of scum in life, that fucktard is the really the worst kind of piece of crap that I’ve ever met in my life.
Oh yea that stupid-ass motherfucking retard even once said that she was gonna work in Europe, but it’s all bs cause she aint even passed the job interview.

▍「除了停止了探訪外,這裡任何東西都沒變過。廁所依然是那麼髒,他們(入境處)連一塊香皂都沒有多給我們。」- 羈留者O生氣的說
自9月6日CIC出現第二單新冠確診,CIC便停止了探訪,所有羈留者都已經十天因探訪暫停而無法獲得一些基本衛生護理物資。以下為義工H的心聲:
CIC對認可物資要求十分苛刻,書一定不要有任何標註,連一個「由XX中學圖書館捐贈」的印章也容不下,「呢本唔入得」;香皂只能是藍色的,但藥房通常是一排六塊的賣,只有兩塊是藍色,總有四塊紫色、白色不知如何處理;以為只要寫著「祝君早安」的毛巾便可以,買到了,職員又說「標誌中一的不是「合」字,這不是正版」,退回,不收;買了兩包M&M想給羈留者,但被告知一次一定要給5包,而且一定要是同一顏色的包裝。第一次聽到時會又生氣又無奈,明明都是香皂、毛巾,這些要求除了用來留難訪客,有任何意思嗎?每次探訪,更是總會見到其他訪客有一些東西因不乎要求而被退回,山長水遠走到來CIC,卻沒法送物資到親人、朋友手上,會感到很可惜嗎?
怒氣與無奈,隨著探訪次數漸多而慢慢地被磨蝕。為了能順利地把物資送到羈留者手上,更是練成了一對金精火眼,去到不同藥房都認得出物資,知道格價合理與否。這一陣子,見到任何藥房都會逛一逛,見到適合的便買下。這幾天都接給幾位羈留者的電話,有的說急需牙膏、香皂(只能通過探訪才能獲得),有的說很悶想收新的書。我想說,我都準備了,只是不知何時才見到他們。
羈留者的來電中,讓我除了知道他們需要的物資外,更是體會到自由對他們的迫切。「7樓的40多人全被送到隔離營了,你有他們的消息嗎?」S問。「我需要幫助。我不想繼續留在CIC,這裡有新冠病毒確診。這裡不安全。」R說。我想這次CIC這次確診引致的Lockdown和全院檢測已充份反映到這個地方十分高危,為何還是要強行把一班無罪的人拘禁,置他們的健康生命於危險中?
「我們差不多所有羈留人士已經聯名向入境處寫了一封投訴書,抗議停止探訪並要求交代原因。」O說。「希望很快可以容許探訪。」

Due to the discovery of the 2nd confirmed case of COVID-19 on 6th September, CIC has suspended all visit. All detainees have since been unable to receiving basic hygienic products from their visiting friends. It has been 10 days. Below are some thoughts of our volunteer H:
CIC is exceptionally meticulous, or better put, bureaucratic about the hand-in articles from visitors to detainees. A book must be totally clean, even a stamp that says “Donated by XX School Library” would made the book ineligible for handing in; The soap must be in blue, yet stores often sell this brand of soap in a pack of six, so volunteers would always be left with 4 bars of non-blue soap; when you bought the towel with the exact wording, the staff will always let you know that your towel is “knock-off” and therefore unaccepted; M&M must come in 5 packs of the same colour. When the articles I bought first got rejected by CIC officers, I was very frustrated. In terms of their function, the towels and soap I bought were just fine. And every time I visited, I always saw other visitors’ “unapproved” articles got rejected. Imagining coming all the way with the hope of giving a little something to make your detainee friend’s life slightly better, and yet got rejected for the bureaucratic instructions of CIC, would you feel upset?
Nevertheless, my angry and frustration has been numbed as I visited CIC more frequently. In order to successfully got the articles to detainees, I have become an expert. I have memorised the entire list of approved hand-in articles and know the prices for each item. And over time, I have stocked up these articles for the detainees. In the past few days, our concern group have received several calls from detainees, saying that they are lacking certain hygienic project. “We are running out of toothpaste, soap and hand wash.” they said. I would love to let them know that I have stocked up, yet I now have no idea when I can give things to them due to the lockdown in CIC.
From these calls from detainees, not only had I learnt about the certain items they need, but also what freedom meant to them. “40 detainees from 7/F have been sent to the isolation camp, do you have any news about them?”, detainee S asked me. “Actually I need help. I don’t want to stay long time in CIC. There is positive case here. CIC is not safe.” Detainee R said. I think the current lockdown of CIC have demonstrated exactly how CIC is not safe. There is a high risk for cross-infection of COVID-19 in CIC. So, why is the authority so determined to detain this group of innocent people, and put their health and lives in danger?
“Most detainees have wrote a complaint letter together to the Immigration Department against the lockdown and ask for reasons.” Said O. “Hope this complaint letter could help reopen visit soon.”

現時空服員一般分為4個職位,分別為機艙服務員(Basic Crew,BC)、機艙事務長(Flight Purser,FP)、高級機艙事務長(Senior Flight Purser,SP)以及機艙服務經理(Inflight Service Manager,ISM)。據知,國泰去年10月大裁員中,有至少三成的機艙事務長被裁走或離職,成為國泰大地震的「重災區」。

第三季強推新措施
《蘋果》獲悉,國泰早前向員工宣佈,指將於今年第三季開始實施全新人手分配。新安排下,每班機將減少一名機艙事務長(FP),原本負責看管全機運作的機艙服務經理(Inflight Service Manager,ISM),亦要「落場」服務顧客,意味每班機將減少一個空中服務員人手。
以773機種為例,該機分為頭等、商務及經濟艙。根據以往的人手分配,頭等共有2名空服員,分別為1名高級機艙事務長(SP)以及1名機艙事務長(FP);商務艙則有5名空服員,分別為1名高級機艙事務長(SP)、2名機艙事務長(FP)以及2名機艙服務員(BC)。而經濟艙則有6名,分別為2名機艙事務長(FP),加上4名機艙服務員(BC)。
不過,新安排下,商務艙與經濟艙人手均有所轉變。以同一機種為例,負責監察整架飛機運作的機艙服務經理(ISM),將須到商務艙工作,人手分配變成1名機艙服務經理(ISM)、2名機艙事務長(FP)以及2名機艙服務員(BC);而經濟艙方面,其中一名機艙事務長(FP)被換走,轉為以高級機艙事務長(SP)頂替,新人手分配為1名高級機艙事務長(SP)、1名機艙事務長(FP),加上4名機艙服務員(BC)。
空服質疑職能錯配
於國泰任職10年機艙服務員(BC)的阿Joy指,機艙事務長(FP)在機艙中擔任重要角色,「負責同啲loyalty member(會員)打招呼,又要heat(翻熱)餐,好多嘢都係依賴FP去做」。然而,現時所有工作由其他職級員工分擔,包括低一級的機艙服務員(BC),但認為部份工作由資歷較淺的BC完成,或會影響機艙服務質素,「有客發『狼戾』,你都要有經驗,先知點樣處理而又唔會收到complaint letter(投訴信),呢啲係要時間浸返嚟,但公司唔value(珍惜)你呢啲嘢,而不斷增加你嘅workload(工作量)」。
阿Joy指,雖然機艙服務經理(ISM)亦要「下凡」分擔工作量,但認為國泰將本已晉身機艙管理者當成人手之一,或會構成職能錯配,「喺前面做咗十幾廿年,而家要做返啲佢哋好耐無做過嘅工作」。阿Joy續指,業內的經理一般達40至50歲,現重拾「搬運行李」等勞動力工作,亦會增加同事受傷風險,「公司為咗縮減人手同節流,唔理已經水深火熱嘅前線同事嘅生死,喺度搞職能錯配。」

「又要萬二蚊,又要林嘉欣!」
於去年10月國泰大裁員後,國泰推出全新「魔鬼」合約,並調整薪酬水平,底薪及飛行時薪「封頂」,有空服薪金大減四成。阿Joy指,同事對新人手分配感不滿,亦有部份人感到失望,認為「俾國泰呃咗」。
阿Joy續指,以自己任職10年為例,新合約下薪酬只有約1.1萬,但在全新人手分配下,工作量變相增加,「以前大部份同事幾唔鍾意公司都好,都有個團結精神,同你死掂佢,但公司角度就會覺得,你哋個個都can-do spirit(做得到精神),越加咪越多嘢畀你,反正你哋都做到㗎啦!」
阿Joy認為,國泰大裁員後已重挫士氣,現時更進一步減人手,令同事們意興闌珊,「大家而家心態都係『拚䠋』,都係覺得『是但啦』,又要萬二蚊,又要林嘉欣呀?唔好玩啦!」阿Joy指,自己亦打算修畢其他學位後就離職,「冇呀,你咪繼續搭國泰囉,但唔好expect(期望)佢係一間premier airline(優質航空)囉!」
工會收大量投訴:高層假惺惺
國泰空中服務員工會主席王思敏指,新措施惹大批員工不滿,宣佈短短數天,已收到數十封電郵投訴,「而家即係要做返低一層嘅嘢,尤其係FP同SP,大家都覺得好侮辱,覺得俾人『降呢』」。她指,同事並非不願意處理其他層級的工作,但認為國泰不尊重同事的經驗,亦批評公司以「提升服務質素」作為理由是「假惺惺」:「根本就係想cut costs(減少支出),你係嘅咪大方講囉,點會提升服務質素但係cut(減少)人手?」
現為高級機艙事務長(SP)的王思敏指,機艙事務長(FP)是機艙上具靈活性的職位,「佢係由低數上去第二級,有時細嘅無經驗,可以即刻做返低一層嘅嘢,真係『入得廚房,出得廳堂』」。她指,人手改動後,同事工作量必定增加,「少咗一個人點都辛苦」,又指早前部份機種增加40至50個座位,但人手從未見增加,「本身人手已經係好舋」。王亦批評管理層相當離地,「似係外行人嘅決定,根本唔理解我哋嘅工作」。她續指,新人手分配或令新同事升職更困難,由於上層的需要減少,「而家機艙服務員(BC)已經做10年先升,嚟緊可能係15、20年。」
對於國泰是否為裁走所有機艙事務長(FP)鋪路,王認為反而工資較高的機艙服務經理(ISM)更「高危」,「講到尾都係錢㗎啫」。她指,機艙服務經理工作大多視乎情況而調節,「兩個機師其中一個要去洗手間,都要佢幫手頂住個位」,惟新人手分配下,機艙服務經理須留在指定機艙,或會影響其工作流動性。

國泰:提供更多發揮機會
國泰回覆《蘋果》時,並未有就新人手分配正面回應,僅指受疫情影響,航班數目大幅削減,乘客量跌至新低。國泰一直檢討改善機艙服務,為乘客提供更多貼心的服務,以及為機艙服務員提供更多發揮機會,亦會改善部份工序。國泰續指,將會為機艙服務員提供更多培訓,並與同事保持溝通。
國泰及國泰港龍於政府保就業計劃下共取得逾5億元工資補貼,去年國泰大裁員,雖令薪酬開支減少兩成,但在客運量銳減下,國泰去年全年虧損高達216億元,其中燃油過度對沖更帶來30.17億元的虧損,較2019年只蝕1億元大增近29倍。運輸及房屋局局長陳帆昨表示,國泰去年削減約8,500個職位,在撇除自然流失等因素後,實際削減的員工人數約5,900名,當中包括約5,300名駐港員工,另約600名非駐港員工也可能受影響。

關小姐就同我家姐講話可唔可以關左間鋪一陣

我家姐同我講,佢公司一向唔俾佢地咁做
驚做壞個頭,除非真係有乜大人物,好多記者好混亂先可以咁做
但佢見到關小姐黑口黑面,都識做話打電話去問一問老闆
老闆梗係話唔得啦,至多俾多d折頭她
咁關小姐就發老脾,鬧到我家姐一面屁
d說話勁難聽,又話自己買野既錢多過我家姐搵幾年既錢
我家姐都唔敢得罪佢,一味道歉
跟住關小姐就走左人,家姐就同老闆備案
老闆瞭解左情況就無再追問
過左兩日佢接到老闆電話話收到complaint
話有人投訴佢態度唔好,唔理顧客感受
公司policy一向唔話俾佢地知係邊次事件
我家姐估黎估去都淨係得失過關小姐一人
總之俾老闆話左兩句
又過幾日,關小姐又黎
這次和件西裝友一齊,但好在成店都無其他客
我家姐怕又惹事,叫左個junior過去serve佢
點知條老西友係要點番我家姐serve.
根住關小姐就玩野,試衫,但話d衫俾其他人試過污糟
要開新衫試,我家姐雖然知公司唔俾咁做,
但怕左佢,唯有照做
點知試左兩三件,件件佢都要咁試又無話要
我家姐終於話唔好意思,其實唔可以咁做
(根本明知她玩野啦.....)
又係至多俾多d折頭佢
跟住佢件西裝友就鬧我家姐話"係咪話我地無錢買你地d野?"
我家姐話唔係,但佢照鬧
鬧左十幾分鐘
d同事見咁幫手,又照鬧
最終打俾老闆 備案
之後連收兩封warning letter
早兩日接埋大信封
年尾俾人炒左
