"All Around the World" is a song recorded by British recording artist Lisa Stansfield for her 1989 album, Affection, which became her biggest hit.

The song received favorable reviews from music critics. Songwriters, Stansfield, Devaney and Morris, received the 1989 Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. "All Around the World" was also nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance at the 33rd Annual Grammy Awards. Additionally, Stansfield was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best New Artist.

The single is Lisa Stansfield's only solo No. 1 single (however she also had a No. 1 with Five Live (George Michael and Queen EP)) and first of 8 top ten hits she would achieve in the UK.

"Hypnotize" is a single by American rapper The Notorious B.I.G. featuring vocals by Pamela Long, released as the first single from his album Life After Death on March 1, 1997. The last song released before he was killed in a drive-by shooting a week later, it was the fifth song by a credited artist to hit number one posthumously. Rolling Stone ranked the song as #30 on their list of 100 Greatest Hip-Hop Songs of All Time.

P. Diddy (known then as Puff Daddy) produced "Hypnotize" and sampled the beat from Herb Alpert's 1979 hit "Rise" which was written by Andy Armer and Herb's nephew, Randy "Badazz" Alpert.

"This Is How We Do It" is the debut single by American singer Montell Jordan. It was released by Def Jam Recordings on February 6, 1995 as the lead single from his debut album of the same name. The single was Def Jam's first R&B release.

The song is representative of the hip hop soul style popular at the time, featuring Jordan singing over an enhanced sample of Slick Rick's "Children's Story" which in turn samples Bob James' "Nautilus". "This Is How We Do It" peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 on April 15, 1995, rising from number six the previous week and displacing Madonna's "Take a Bow" from the top spot. It remained at number one for seven consecutive weeks. It was also number one for seven weeks on the R&B singles chart.The single sold one million copies domestically and earned a platinum certification from the RIAA.
