[材料]
糯米粉 500g
热水 500g
红糖 300g
[做法]
热水加入糖,搅拌至糖融化
糖水微凉后,加入糯米粉搅拌均匀
取喜欢的耐热容器,涂上食用油,倒入粉浆糊
蒸60分钟
放凉,脱模

I’ve been eating this new year’s cake since young, and surprisingly it’s so easy to do! And you know what? I’ve already cut half the amount of sugar, and it tastes fine, so think about the sweet new year’s cake out in the market! This version new year’s cake fresh out of the steamer is so soft and chewy, eating it on its own is super delicious! Put it sliced into the fridge for storage, and afterwards coating it before frying it when you want to eat it later. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, super awesome!
[Ingredient]
Glutinous rice powder 500g
Hot water 500g
Brown sugar 300g
[Method]
Add brown sugar in hot water, stir till all dissolved
Slightly cool down sugared water, stir in glutinous rice powder
Coat the mould you like with oil, add in mixture
Steamed 60 minutes
Cool down, remove from mould
