【 TSS CEO Day: How to Sell 💰 】
This month’s CEO Day was focused on How to Sell! We were honored to have Faust Chou, who has 17 years of sales experience on the business battlefield, share several tips on how to seize every pitch opportunity before clients and investors:
📈 Make your 30-second first impression right! Your clothing and body language do matter in making their impression of you more memorable.
📈 Know whom you are talking to: product manager, CTO or the boss? People in different positions have different points of view. For instance, product managers value KPIs, CTO’s care about logics while the boss looks at strategic partnerships. Do your research before meeting them.
📈 Always create opportunities for the next meetup. For example, ask your target clients for a little favor (even trivial things like using their toilet), therefore you can get more opportunities to move toward business topics when thanking them later for their help.
