隊上每次練球時總是不少人很快就K完
看一看人家科班出身的怎麼說:
catch ball 可分為兩階段
눊第一階段為熱身期,這段期間是將距離逐漸的拉遠,大家都知道,不過有一點我要強調
因為很多人做錯了,這個階段的投球法重點在
1.完全舒展;身體一定要完全舒展開,(不要用內野傳球的姿勢)以很輕鬆的方式將球投出
2.最少力量; 讓球呈35~45度角拋物線飛行,簡單的說就是用最少的力量投出
3.逐步後退;同一個距離不要停留太久,每投一球就該後退一步
4.拉到極限;兩人中以臂力較強的最遠距離為準,拉到不能再遠為止(強調;不能更遠了?
先別急著收,投高一點看看,或許會再增加幾公尺)
重點;這個階段的重點在"遠",一定要拉的很遠,球高一點無所謂,很多人都丟的太平了
自己嘗試,哪個角度可以投最遠,如此才能將臂力完全施展出來
第二階段
這時手臂及全身大概都達到工作溫度了,將距離拉近一點,投出比賽時真正該投出的角度
慢慢的將距離收近,這時內野手也要開始使用內野傳球的姿勢,更近一點時就要開始
快接快傳,不要再慢吞吞的
重點;這時重要的是"快"與"準",跟比賽時的要求是一樣的
ps.不要一到球場就開始要catch ball..跑個三五百公尺, 再作舒展操拉拉筋,絕不要偷懶
否則手臂不但容易受傷也會較為酸痛,catch ball幾乎是天天該做的事
不要丟了一天要休息兩天,如果是,表示方法錯誤,那些常常在complain手痛
