I recently went to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel to check out their auspicious offerings for this Chinese New Year at Evolution Café from 5 Janaury 2020 onwards.

Led by Executive Chef Edmund Ng and Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin, the restaurant’s Master Chefs have specially curated a decadent set of dine-in menus and Chinese New Year buffet spread which seamlessly blends traditional flavours with modern sophistication for a timeless reunion dinner.

The Chinese New Year buffet will be available on the 16-18 January and 23-25 January 2020 from 6:30 pm till 10:30 pm and is priced at RM158 nett per person.
.
For intimate gatherings, diners may opt for a luxurious 9-course set menus that symbolizes happiness, prosperity and longevity. The set menus will be available from 5th January 2020 until 8th February 2020 and a booking of 5 days in advance is required.
