Is it just me? I feel I am a bad mother when my daughters still ask for candies and zero- nutrition snacks after my oh-so-frequent nagging about healthy eating. Recently the experience with Union Farmers Greek Style Yogurt boosted my mom ego yay!!! They ALL love it. It's a blessing to see them finding delight in all natural yogurt. As much as I tell them the importance of consuming calcium and good bacteria for our guts, I think they care more about which flavour is the best and they vote for Vanilla!!!! Farmers Union kids range yogurt is new to Hong Kong from Australia, made from Australian milk and contains live cultures. Should be available in most Hong Kong supermarkets.

營養對於大人小朋友嚟講都好重要，尤其係發育緊嘅小朋友，鈣質可以幫助牙齒及⻣骼發展。

由於Jasmine好早已經戒咗夜奶，而家每日只會飲大約200ml牛奶，所以早餐或下午茶我都會俾佢⻝乳酪，希望佢可以吸收多d鈣質。

除咗Jasmine需要鈣質之外，媽媽我都勁需要，因為生囡囡時消耗左大量鈣質，令到⻣質有疏鬆趨勢，唔想⻣頭咁快老化，就要補一補鈣喇!

Farmers Union Kid 嘅乳酪有四種口味，用上天然水果製作，味道更可口。包裝上有可愛動物 圖案，更可以吸引小朋友⻝用。

除咗⻝之外，包裝上有一個QR Code，只要用電話一scan，就會有動物喺農場入面嘅畫面，真係新奇好玩又好味呀!

Since Jasmine has quit drinking night milk since early on, she only drinks about 200ml of milk per day, which is why I’ll feed her yogurt for breakfast or tea time, hoping that she’d absorb more calcium.

Not only does Jasmine need calcium, I, as a mum, also needs it since women need calcium to prevent osteoporosis. If you don’t want your bones to age so quickly, you need to do something to make up for the calcium!

Farmers Union Kid's yogurt has four flavours. Made with fruit, it tastes even more delicious.
