I've always been a meat & cheese lover, in Penang there are only several places that we can find good meat and cheese. I'm glad to have found a new hidden place that has it all. This place wasn't easy to find, located along Jalan Hutton (one way street) be sure to keep a look out for 《Hutton 133 Butchery Restaurant》 on your right, it's a building painted in army green. This place is about 2 months old.
Hutton 133 has a warm and cozy interior. This place could easily fit 60 pax and personally I feel this place is great for private functions such as birthdays, meetings, product launches and more. We were also greeted with a huge collection of wine, from beginner to advance. Honestly, they seem to have all the good wines here, which makes sense because good meat has to be paired with great wine. The staffs at Hutton 133 were very helpful in explaining the wines and meats and the pricing was reasonable.

At Hutton 133, you can choose the cut that you want and there isn't really a fixed flavor to the meats but each flavor is uniquely created by Chef Kenny. These flavors are curated with international flavors to suit your different palate.
Swipe for more food pictures of what we had. 😋 I loved the Kurobuta Pork Ribs so much that I forgot to take a photo before we ate it 😂 if you are going with friends, I highly recommend the sharing platter, the 🐽Tokyo Pork Belly & Sakura Pork Belly and Olive Pork is to die for. And not to forget the Smoke Duck 🐤, we even had 2 different type of fish, Norwegian Salmon and the Pacific Salmon paired with one of the best white wine I've tried; Gewürztraminer. Even the sausages is so distinctive. And Chef Kenny is a very passionate chef so we learned a lot talking to him, especially about S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna. I even found many new ways to enjoy my favorite cheese platter. Will share more in the video soon.
