#BurnWithLinora Day 3 = 30 Burpees, 40 Front Kicks, 30sec plank. You can do the burpees with or without the pushup. Just added a squat to the front kick. Burn till you scream! #IWillWhatIWant #UnderArmourMY #FitSpur #Pharmafreak
