【法國本周要跟核電廠說ByeBye】
#但也用了超過40年 #還會有新的反應爐上線
法國本周末即將關閉第一座商用核電機組Fessenheim#1,第二座機組也將於六月關閉,屆時Fessenheim核電廠將開始進入除役階段,是根據2014年歐蘭德政府制訂的Energy transition towards green growth Bill,打算將核電減少從75%至50%的第一步(該法案因為馬總統決定2022非煤以及減碳考量,延至2035年)。
這座電廠有兩部PWR機組,共1.76GW,從1977年底運轉迄今,已經過了43個年頭(台灣核一僅完整運轉37年),是法國年紀最長的核電機組,原本預計於2021年關閉,取而代之的是目前正在興建中,稍早已經通過熱測試階段的Flamanville #3,但可能考量燃料循環or資金需求or德國不開心等總總因素提前關閉。而相較於缺電問題(它們電源充足),更險峻的會是當地工作機會大量減少,引起部分反彈,法國政府有提出補償金做因應。
法國下一部關於繼續興建核電的計畫會於2021年決定,目前已經展開了評估作業(會於現有廠址建置),而下一次關閉機組預計在2027年,應該會是第二年長的Bugey核電廠,屆時也將願轉超過47年。

To ensure the health and safety of visitors and exhibitors during the ongoing global COVID-19 outbreak, TAITRA has been working closely with the government and industries to implement the necessary contingency plans. One such measure is to calibrate the schedule of events to more appropriate time frames.

It's been four weeks since I arrived NEOMA Business School.
Everything has been great, the people, the vibe, the environment, *except the weather HAHA* including the room they offered international students to stay!
I live in a 9m² Room in Ango Building, where the rooms are reserved for international students (incl. exchange students)
It's located on campus, 10 minutes walk to Neoma Business School and 15 minutes bus ride to town.
If you're an exchange student and you plan to save some money for travelling , this room is the best room you could choose because it's super convenient and CHEAP compare to other options!
