I wanted to kasi habis sia punya mushroom sini rumah ... takut bangas (basi / expired) jadi after the live, I added a bit more milk and more homemade vegetable stock (also using the Thermomix) to make it more creamier. First time making it! Sadap juga oh!
Had some pre-made pizza dough so baked pizza, heated up the leftoever mashed potatoes and then I sliced the baguette (from Everleaf) , added garlic butter and toasted it over the airfryer.
Lunch is served!

レバノンなど中東の国々で広く親しまれているレシピです。

焼きなすのディップ
2人分
材料:
なす 4本
Aおろしにんにく 小さじ2
Aレモン汁 大さじ1/2
A練り白ごま 大さじ1
A塩 少々
Aクミンパウダー 少々
オリーブオイル 少々
パプリカパウダー 少々
イタリアンパセリ 少々
フランスパン(ディップ用)
作り方:
1.オーブンを180度に予熱する。
2.なすを縦半分に切り、オーブンシートを敷いた天板に切った面を下にして並べ、180度で30分程焼く。
3.オーブンから取り出し粗熱が取れたらスプーンでなすを皮からはがしてザルにあげる。
4.(3)のなすをミキサーに入れAも加えて、なめらかなペースト状にする。
5.器に盛り、オリーブオイルを垂らしパプリカパウダーをふりかけ、ちぎったイタリアンパセリを散らす。
6.フランスパンを添えて完成!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggplants
A
2 teaspoons grated garlic
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sesame paste
Some salt
Some cumin powder
Some olive oil
Some paprika powder
Some Italian parsley
Baguette
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
2. Cut eggplants vertically into halves. Place on a pan lined with a parchment paper (face down). Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Let cool.
3. Using a spoon, peel eggplants and drain. Squeeze the eggplants if needed.
4. Process the eggplants (3) and the garlic with a blender. Add A ingredients and process until smooth.
5. Place (4) on a plate. Put some olive oil, sprinkle with paprika powder. Add some Italian parsley on top.
6. Serve with baguette.
7. Enjoy!

大蒜 8顆/garlic 8pcs
橄欖油 100公克/olive oil 100g
鹽 適量/salt q.s.
迷迭香 適量/rosemary q.s.
作法
1. 水盤倒入100公克的水。大蒜剝掉有髒汙的表皮後,切除前端一小部份,排入烤盤。
2. 表面均勻淋上橄欖油,撒上鹽與迷迭香後蓋起烤箱,以【上下火】烤30分鐘即可。
3. 也可以放入保鮮盒靜置降溫後,浸泡在橄欖油中,冷藏可保存1個月。
料理應用
1. 烤麵包
材料
烤蒜 適量/roasted garlic q.s.
吐司 1片/toast 1pc
法國麵包 2片/baguette 2pcs
作法
(1) 取完整的烤蒜,用手擠出蒜仁後壓成泥狀。
(2) 蒜泥抹上吐司、法國麵包,放入烤箱。
(3) 水盤倒入100公克的水,以【上下火】烤4分鐘即可。
2. 蒜香烤蛋
材料
烤蒜 1顆/roasted garlic 1pc
蛋 5顆/egg 5pcs
作法
(1) 烤蒜壓成蒜泥,蛋打成蛋液備用。
(2) 水盤倒入100公克的水。烤盤先倒入蛋液,再放入蒜泥,混合均勻。
(3) 蓋起烤箱,以【上下火】烤8分鐘即可。(
3. 香蒜拌麵
材料
烤蒜 1顆/roasted garlic 1pc
麵條 適量/noodles q.s.
青菜 適量/vegetable q.s.
作法
(1) 烤蒜壓成蒜泥備用。
(2) 麵條與青菜依個人喜好煮熟後,拌入蒜泥即可。
