Lunch of 烤鰻魚菠菜牛油果沙律 Unagi Eel & Baby Spinach Salad, with Sliced Avocado, Red Radish, Cherry Tomatoes, House made Herbs Dressing, Mixed Peppers to replace 山椒, & Marinated Ajitsuke Tamago I made for other meals. 😯 I love Eel in Salads, or European Smoked Eels, sometimes I make a completely different compositional one.. But these days it's more about clearing out the Fridge/Freezer due to high stock ups during COVID-19 & hopefully minimize my food wastages whilst anticipating any possible apocalypse haha.. 😂🙈🥗
