汗臭 vs 狐臭
夏天天氣異常酷熱，在室外待上數分鐘已大汗淋漓，公共交通工具、餐廳、辦公室、電梯都難免瀰漫着汗水味，更怕遇上氣味異常濃烈刺鼻的狐臭。狐臭與汗臭不同，狐臭只出現在腋下位置，就算不出汗也可能散發臭味，洗澡亦不易將之消除。中醫理論認為除先天性遺傳外，後天飲食不節形成濕熱體質亦是狐臭主因，濕熱體質人士體味特別濃烈，多伴隨面油多、容易出暗瘡、無胃口、口苦、身體困倦、小便偏黃量少等症狀。治本方法為改善體質，每天飲用米水，適量飲用清熱祛濕茶療，少吃熱性食物、肉類、煎炸油膩、辛辣、咖喱等重口味食物，啤酒、奶茶、咖啡也不宜飲用。
除臭茶療
功效：清熱除煩、生津利尿，紓緩體臭症狀。
材料：淡竹葉9克、土茯苓15克、綠茶1茶匙
做法：將材料洗淨放保溫瓶，以熱開水沖洗一遍，再注入熱開水焗10分鐘即可。此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡，建議一星期飲用2-3天，兩星期為一個療程。
注意：脾胃虛弱及容易腹瀉人士不宜多飲。

Sweaty smell VS smelly armpits
The weather during summer is exceptionally hot, and such a weather causes us to sweat profusely even when we are just outdoors for a few minutes. Whether we are in a public transport, restaurant, office, or elevator, sweaty smells might linger in these enclosed spaces.
Nevertheless, sweaty smell is still considerably bearable as compared to smelly armpits. As the name suggests, the unpleasant body smell comes from the armpits. They would still smell even when the person is not sweating, and it is difficult to get rid of the bad odor even after shower.
Chinese Medicine theories believe that besides hereditary factors, bad dietary leads to damp heat accumulation in the body. This is how a person develops smelly armpits. Individuals with the damp heat body constitution tend to give out a stronger odor. Other symptoms include oily face, acnes, appetite loss, bitter taste in the mouth, fatigue, and yellowish urine that often comes in a small quantity.
The best way to get rid of smelly armpits is to improve the body constitution. Drink rice daily and consume an appropriate amount of herbal tea to dispel dampness from the body. Cut down on meat, fried and greasy foods, as well as spicy and strong flavored foods like curry, and foods that are hot in nature. Also, avoid drinking beer, milk tea, and coffee.
Tea to relieve odor
Effects: Clears heat and relieves irritability. Promotes fluid production. Relieves symptoms of body odor.
Ingredients: 9g lophatherum, 15g smilax, 1 teaspoon green tea
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again to steep for 10 minutes. This tea can be re-brewed until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink weekly for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.
Note: not suitable for those with a weak stomach or prone to loose stool.

今天做明天的工作 讓明天做大後天的工作
出賣現下的青春和感情 以掙得更多遺產？
人生的哪個紅燈出現時 才願意稍停一會兒呢？

興許是健康上的紅燈吧

能這樣以慶生的名義浪費時間好幸福
開車到北海岸看海 閒聊 拍照
坐在車裡聽音樂 唱歌 排隊等熱門餐廳
回顧一整天 好像什麼都沒做 心裡卻莫名滿足
把時間浪費在享受的事情上 是浪費嗎？
踩踩煞車 繞繞路 慢慢活

I am a person who make use of every minute of every hour.
I schedule everything seamlessly and multi-tasking is a constant for me.
If I can do it now, I won’t drag it to the next minute.
If something can be done together, they won’t be done separately.
I may have some accomplishments,
But the constant tension spiritually and lack of rest made me doubt whether the training and the high standard I set for myself are correct.

When I was in primary school, I always do homework of not only that day but of tomorrow, next week.
I always drive to the front of the queue when I’m waiting for the red light to turn green.
Having that one more part time job to faster achieve my money goal.
Aspiring to be the youngest university graduate, master graduate or CEO.

What’s next?
.
I didn’t start winter and summer break earlier than other classmates.
There will be another red light at the next crossing which turns my overtaking in vain.
There will always be next day’s work coming up even if tomorrow’s work was finished today.
Shall I sell out my youth and emotional connections in return for a little more heritage when I pass away?
Does any red light in life make me willing to hit pause for a bit?

Probably the red light of health I suppose.

Able to kill time in the name of birthday celebration feels amazing.
Drive to north coast to spend time on watching the sea, chitchatting and photo taking.
Listening to music in the car, singing and...simply waiting for a popular restaurant.
Nothing significant was done for the whole day but the sense of fulfillment is overwhelming.
Does it count as squander to spend time on something I enjoy?
Hit the brake, reroute for a bit.
And live slowly, not just survive.

徹夜踊りで有名な郡上に時計を買いに行ってきました。
時計の件は特にお伝えすることは無いんですが。
お昼ご飯はちょっと豪勢に食べたいね。
ということで、ウナギを食べました。
美濃錦。
けっこう有名店らしい。
開店前から何人か待ってました。
今日選んだのはひつまぶし。
動画中では並を注文するようなことを言ってますが。
気が変わって上櫃まぶしにしてます。
蒸さずに焼き上げる調理法なのでザックザク。
混ぜてる時の手ごたえからザクザク感がわかりました。
そして食べればお口の中もザクザク。
旨い～。
あたしは鰻のタレの味が薄まるからお茶漬けはあんまりやらんのです。
だけどここはお茶ではなくて、お吸い物をかけるタイプ。
ちょっと食べさせてもらえば、お吸い物の出汁の味が強烈に感じました。
ここのひつまぶし茶漬けはうまいよ～。
こんなに出汁の味がするってことはさぞかしお吸い物は濃い味だろう。
と思いきや、割とあっさり目だったの。
不っ思議～。
おもしろい。
ということで、おいしい鰻ランチをいただけて満足でした。
I went to Gujo.
I have lunch at Gujo.
The dish I chose is eel.
A name at the restaurant is Minokin.
I eat Hitsu-mabushi.
The eel is very crispy.
That's very good.
It is common to eat Hitsu-mabushi in Ochaduke.
But I don't really like Hitsu-mabushi's Ochaduke.
But this restaurant pours soup into Hitsumabushi.
So Ochaduke is a very good broth taste.
I felt Ochaduke in this restaurant was very good.
I am happy to have a good lunch.
