Gym improvisation! Like the T Bar row. Usually id use a TBar Machine but if there none. Here are some alternatives.

1. Stick the barbell either at a corner of a room OR use to dumbbells and place dumbbel in between.

2. Usually I use a close grip handle, but when there is none, i use a rope OR use bands!!! i found that @sanctband.global mini loops do the trick pretty well too i used 3. 1 thick and 2 light.
Not bad eh? But when using the bands remember to control the movement cause you might get the bar bouncing up at you. Get them back gains!
