【你的體重決定了你的財運】
Your Weight Determines Your Wealth Luck

Due to my endless late nights for video production and poor dietary habits, my hormones went haywire and my weight catapulted from 53kg to over 61kg. My body fat percentage shot to over 31% too.
Some people are chubby in an adorable way.
For me, I can’t even zip up my work pants.
Every one of us has a specific weight range that is most ideal for us, based on our Bazi.
When you are in the range, you are in the prosperous mode.
Out of it, your wealth paths get blocked.
I am a “action speaks louder than words” kind of person.
If I want a kind of happiness, I will go chase after it without needing anyone to hurry me.
I often tell my clients not to be stubborn and resist changing themselves.
If I meet with a problem, yet am unwilling to change from inward, then wouldn’t that make me a hypocrite?
Thus in July, I contacted a nutritionist in Taiwan and for the first time in my life, stepped on my fat-loss journey and to reset the balance in my hormones.
Two and a half months later, I had shed 6kg, but I still got to work harder to push my fat percentage down to the 22% goal set by the doctor.
Many ailments, especially women’s health issues, cannot be resolved, despite seeking the help of TCM or western doctors. In such cases, it calls for a change in lifestyle and dietary habits to nip the problem at the bud.
Most of my Bazi clients are usually surprised by my emphasis on destiny transformation via their choice of food.
There are many intricate links between your Bazi and your nutritional intake.
Eat right and you will naturally be healthy.
I say not only do we need to eat right, more importantly we must eat auspiciously to attract more wealth and benefactors effortlessly.
This pic was taken during my morning walk today. A pat on my back for a successful transformation! Let’s strive on together to more prosperity! 🎉

Since the Detroit Pistons don't have a spectacular scorer, they get the ball to the man of the moment.
In Game 2 against Philadelphia, that player was Tayshaun Prince -- again.
Prince, the seldom-used rookie who has thrived in the playoffs, scored seven straight points at the end of regulation and the start of overtime as Detroit defeated the 76ers 104-97 Thursday night to take a 2-0 lead in their second-round series.
"Of course I was surprised,'' Prince said. "But this is a team that doesn't have a top star on it. Whenever a guy gets going, the coaches and the guy on the bench say, 'Let's get this guy the ball.' It's just a matter of who has the good feeling in the game, and in the overtime and just before overtime, that guy was me.''
Allen Iverson scored 31 points, but with a 92-90 lead and 15.1 seconds left in regulation he missed two free throws to give the Pistons a chance at an improbable win.
"I take the blame for this one,'' Iverson said. "If I made one or two free throws, we're going home happy. Put this one on me.''
Detroit's Chauncey Billups missed the game with a sprained ankle after scoring 101 points in three games. He was replaced by Chucky Atkins, who had scored just 23 points in eight playoff games. Atkins matched that total while playing 44 minutes.
Prince, who scored 20 points in Game 7 against Orlando in the first round, made a difficult spinning 4-footer with 4.3 seconds left to force overtime. He scored the first five points in the extra session on a layup and a 3-pointer just before the shot clock expired.
Atkins made a 3-pointer with 2:07 left to give Detroit, which set an NBA record by going 8-0 in overtime, a 100-93 lead.
Iverson said he was not surprised to see Prince and Atkins play so well.
"They don't just grab guys off the street and put them on NBA rosters,'' he said.
The series now moves to Philadelphia for Games 3 and 4 Saturday and Sunday.
It's safe to say Prince will not be spending as much time on the bench as he did during most of the regular season and the start of the playoffs.
The native of Compton, Calif., appeared in just 42 games after being the 23rd pick in the draft out of Kentucky. He averaged 3.3 points in 10 minutes a game.
Prince didn't play in the opening game of the playoffs against Orlando, scored two points in Games 2-3 and despite slowing down Tracy McGrady, didn't play in Game 4.
After Detroit coach Rick Carlisle was criticized for keeping Prince on the bench, he scored 15 points in Game 5 and 20 points in Game 7 as the Pistons became the seventh team in NBA history to win a series after trailing 3-1.
Prince played a career-high 39 minutes Thursday night.
"When you don't play much, there's a hungriness inside of you,'' Prince said. "You want to bring something to the team.
"At first, it was just defense against Orlando. But now I've been able to help on the other end.''
Richard Hamilton scored 23 points, Cliff Robinson scored 14 of his 16 points in the first quarter, Jon Barry had 11 and Ben Wallace had 15 rebounds, seven points and two blocked shots.
Iverson wasn't a one-man team, either.
Kenny Thomas scored 15 points and grabbed a playoff-high 19 rebounds. Eric Snow, playing on an injured right foot, scored 14 points. Derrick Coleman and Aaron McKie each scored 12.
The Sixers came back from a 14-point deficit midway through the second quarter, and Iverson made two free throws with 1:40 left to give Philadelphia its first lead since the end of the third quarter. Snow's jumper on their next possession put Philadelphia ahead 92-89.
Hamilton made one of two free throws -- continuing Detroit's poor night at the line as the Pistons missed 14 of 35 attempts. But Iverson gave Detroit a chance, with each of his attempts hitting the rim and bouncing out.
The Pistons had no timeouts left, and the ball eventually got to Prince on the right wing. He backed in against McKie, avoided Snow's swipe at the ball and twisted his body around before releasing a soft floater that was all net as the crowd went crazy.
Snow airballed a long 3-pointer at the end of regulation as Philadelphia could not get the ball into Iverson's hands.
"I was yelling for Allen to shoot more,'' Philadelphia coach Larry Brown said.
Before Billups was signed as a free agent last summer, Atkins started 137 games over two seasons and averaged at least 12 points. Atkins averaged 11.3 points in 10 playoff games last season.
Atkins ran Detroit's offensive effectively in the first quarter, leading it to a 30-25 lead, and made several key baskets, including shots in the final seconds of the first and third quarters.
Game notes
Robinson missed six shots after going 6-of-7 in the first quarter. ... Detroit missed eight of 10 foul shots in the first half. ... Atkins scored 22 points for his previous playoff-high in Game 5 of the second round last year against Boston.

Dwyane Wade proved he still has some magic in his 34-year-old body.
Wade scored 10 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter, making his first 3-pointer of 2016, and the Miami Heat forced their first-round series to a seventh game with a 97-90 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night.
Luol Deng was 9 of 14 from the field and finished with 21 points, while Goran Dragic added 14 points and seven rebounds for the Heat, who will host Game 7 on Sunday.
The Heat overcame a playoff career-high 37 points from Kemba Walker to hand the Hornets only their 11th loss of the season at home. Al Jefferson had 18 points and nine rebounds, and Cody Zeller had 12 points off the bench for Charlotte.
With Miami leading by two, Wade hit his first 3-pointer since December with 46 seconds left and added an 18-foot turnaround jump shot over Courtney Lee to help seal the win.
The Hornets missed a golden opportunity to advance to the second round of the playoffs for the first time in 14 years.
They trailed the entire second half, never quite able to get over the hump and the Heat made timely shots and grabbed crucial rebounds.
Miami outrebounded Charlotte 46-31.
Walker gave it all he had.
The 6-foot-1 point guard somehow got an up-and-under layup to fall amid the trees, then hit a 3-pointer from the left wing to beat the shot clock and cut the Miami lead to 85-81.
Hassan Whiteside returned to the game with 4:20 left and immediately made an impact, scoring on an offensive rebound. But Walker drove the lane and drew an and-one with 3 minutes to go, sending Whiteside to the bench with his sixth foul. Walker then added a razzle-dazzle step-back jumper to trim the Heat lead to 90-86 with 2:12 left in the game.
After a Miami miss, Walker drove the baseline after for a reverse to cut the lead to two with 1:33 remaining.
After Deng shot an airball on a 3-pointer from the top of the key on Miami's next possession and the Heat were called for a shot clock violation, the Hornets had a chance to tie.
But Walker, who was 14 of 30 from the field, missed a pull-up jumper.
Wade answered with a 3-pointer from the left wing to push Miami's lead back to five with 46 seconds remaining. Jefferson scored off a dish from Walker, but Wade splashed a turnaround jumper from 18 feet over Lee's outstretched hand to push the lead back to five with 19.5 seconds left.
Walker missed a driving layup and Joe Johnson added two free throws the seal the game.
With their season on the line, the Heat shot 60 percent from the field in the first half to open a 59-50 lead.
Deng and Wade led the way, combining for 29 points on 13-of-19 shooting and the Heat dominated the glass, outrebounding the Hornets 23-11.

Iverson scored 18 points on 7-of-20 shooting and was inconsolable on the bench after leaving late in the fourth quarter. The Sixers were trying to become the first team in NBA history to overcome a 3-0 series deficit and the third to force a seventh game in that scenario.
Iverson brought the sellout crowd to its feet by draining the game's opening shot on a 17-footer from the left corner. But Miller and Rose responded with back-to-back jumpers, setting the tone early.
"Playoff time is when I'm at my best," Miller said. "I'm the most focused. You can concentrate in on one team. You get days off. You can rest your body. I get to watch a lot of tape. To not be a part of that, especially when we were up 3-1, and we could have came back and closed it at home, it kept bothering and messing with me. The more I thought about it the more upset I got. I wanted to do something about it."
Austin Croshere opened the second period with a dunk to open a 39-25 cushion before the Sixers made a run.
George Lynch made two free throws, Aaron McKie added four more and Iverson hit a runner as Philadelphia pulled within 40-33.
Rose answered with a layup before McKie hit a four-footer, Toni Kukoc a layup and Iverson two free throws.
McKie, who finished 19 points, nine rebounds and four assists, made a layup as Philadelphia cut it to 42-41 with 6:22 left in the first half, forcing Indiana to call a timeout and sending the crowd of 20,969 into a frenzy.
Rose hit a 3-pointer coming out of the stoppage in play, but Tyrone Hill and Kukoc made back-to-back layups, forging a 45-45 tie 4:28 before halftime.
After a layup by Hill got the Sixers within 58-57, Miller made two free throws, Jackson hit a short hook and Smits a follow shot to open a seven-point lead with 7:53 remaining in the third period.
Iverson drained a 27-footer and Smits answered with a 10-footer.
Iverson made a driving layup and Smits again responded, this time with a 12-footer from the right side.
Hill's free throw drew Philadelphia within 68-63, but Dale Davis dunked on consecutive trips and Miller's layup stretched the margin to 11 with 3:47 left in the third quarter.
Miller helped put the Sixers away when he hit a 10-footer from the right side, blocked Iverson's shot on the defensive end and capped off the ensuing trip by burying a 26-footer with 31 seconds left in the quarter to make it 83-69.
"Reggie has been playing like this in the playoffs for years and years," Iverson said. "He's been here before. This is my second playoffs. For a lot of guys on my team, this was their first. When you add Jalen to the mix, you can't get any better than that. He's the 'go-to guy.' Reggie's been there before but Jalen is the guy that makes everything happen on that team."
Philadelphia fans let Miller have it with a steady diet of derisive chants, but the unflappable shooting guard is used to the abuse and even hinted that he thrives on it.
"I thought they were saying 'Reggie Rocks'," Miller joked.
"That's what they were saying? This is the best atmosphere for me. When you go into an environment like this or New York or whatever and you have 20-25-thousand people that all day have been drinking, all day have been making signs, all day have been cursing your name front and backwards to come here and taunt you, that is the best for me. I already got 'em, if it took all day for them to do that, I already have them."
Iverson played valiantly in the series despite an assortment of injuries, including a chip fracture of the right ankle. But he left the game with 2:36 to play and was overwrought with emotion on the bench, crying noticeably as the final minutes of his season wound down.
"I'm a competitor. I see the clock going down on my season. I'm out of the game, so obviously the game is over," Iverson said.
"I just saw my whole season pass by like that. In the snap of a finger it's over, four quarters and the whole thing is over. It just hurt because you always start to think about what you could have done to get your team over the hump. I don't think about what a guy on my team could have done better or if this guy could have given us more, I just felt I should have done more.
That's the thing that hurts the most."
Injured Philadelphia point guard Eric Snow (ankle) tried to play for the first time since the opening round, but was limited to six minutes and did not score in the first half before sitting down for the remainder of the contest.
Lynch scored 14 points, Kukoc 12 and Hill and Theo Ratliff added 11 apiece for the Sixers, who shot 39 percent (34-of-87) and lost the battle on the boards, 46-41.
