ขออนุญาต อธิบายทั้งหมดเพิ่มเติมนะคะ
1. แฟนเพจและIG Rika นี้เป็นพื้นที่เอาไว้ใช้ อัพเดทชีวิตประจำวัน ทั้งการซ้อม ไลฟ์สไตล์ต่างและ ไว้ใช้พูดคุยกับแฟนๆของริกะ

2. หลายๆครั้งรูปที่เราลง มีคนชอบมา Comment ทั้งเรื่องของ รูปร่าง หน้าตา หรือแม้กระทั่ง ออกแนวหื่นกาม (แต่น้อยมากๆนะเอาจริง! เพราะคนส่วนใหญ่ มีมารยาท และรู้ว่าเราไม่โอเคกับสิ่งนี้ ซึ่งต้องขอบคุณแฟนๆที่น่ารักนะคะ 😊🙏 )

3. ส่วนใหญ่เราก็จะบล็อคๆไปอะแหละ ขี้เกียจให้ค่า หรือตอบอะไร
.
4. แต่มันก็คือการปัดปัญหา หรือซุกปัญหาไว้ใต้พรม สุดท้ายก็จะเกิดขึ้นซ้ำๆอยู่ดี
.
5. เราจึงออกมาพูด ปกป้องสิทธิ ด้วยสเตตัสที่สั้นมาก 555 หลายคนGet แต่อีกหลายคนกลับคิดว่า ทำไมจะพิมไม่ได้อะ ? มันคือสิทธิและเสรีภาพของกูนะเว้ย !! เป็นคนของสาธารณะต้องยอมรับให้ได้สิ!! ต้องปล่อยชิลล์สิ!! คิดซะว่าสีสัน!!

6. ถึงตรงนี้อยากให้ทุกคนทำความเข้าใจกับคำว่าสิทธิและเสรีภาพก่อนเลย มันแปลแบบย่อๆว่า เรามี "สิทธิและเสรีภาพ " ที่จะพูดหรือจะทำอะไรต่างๆในสิ่งที่ "ไม่เดือดร้อน" หรือ "ก้าวล่วง" สิทธิคนอื่น **ไม่ว่าเค้าจะเป็น " คนทั่วไป "หรือ" คนสาธารณะ " ก็ตาม

7. อีกข้อที่สำคัญไม่แพ้กัน คือเรื่องมารยาททางสังคม ทั้งในโลกความจริงและบนโซเชียล คนไทยเคยชินกะการทักทายหรือล้อเลียนด้วยคำว่า อ้วน ผอม ดำ แก่ สิว ฯลฯ ซึ่งเป็นการเหยียดรูปลักษณ์ภายนอก จนรู้สึกว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติธรรมดา แต่เอาจริงๆ เวลาที่คุณๆโดนคนทักแบบนี้ ไม่มีใครรู้สึกดีหรอกจริงมั้ยคะ แล้วทำไมยังต้องทำแบบนี้กับคนอื่นด้วย?

7.1 รอบๆตัวของริกะ สังคมที่ริกะอยู่มีคนต่างชาติหลากหลายประเทศ ไม่มีใครเค้ายึดติดกับรูปลักษณ์หรือเอามาทักกันให้เสียความรู้สึกเลยด้วยนะ
***ที่สำคัญ คือเราชอบรูปร่างหน้าตาในแบบที่เป็นอยู่มากนะ ถ้าไม่เราไม่โอเค เดี๋ยวเราก็เปลี่ยนแปลงจัดการเองแหละ

**เอาไว้เรื่องเกี่ยวกับการเหยียดนี้จะเขียนแยกให้อ่านกันนะคะ 😘

8. และเรื่องที่ต้องให้เราออกมาพิมอะไรยาวๆครั้งนี้ ก็คือเรื่อง Sex Harassment หรือ คำพูดเชิงหื่นกาม ที่มันไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นกับใครทั้งนั้น ทั้งชายและหญิง ทั้งต่อหน้า และบนโซเชียล มันไม่ใช่เรื่องที่ควรยอมรับหรือปล่อยผ่านเลยสักนิด มันเป็นการ" ละเมิดสิทธิ "คนอื่น
ซึ่งเราโดนมาเยอะมากๆ ทั้งที่เป็นแค่นักกีฬา ไม่ได้เป็นสายไอดอลสายเซ็กซี่อย่างใด (ถึงเป็นอดซซ ก็ไม่ควรโดนนะ😠)

9.การที่เราออกมาพูด ก็เพราะอยากเตือนสติใครหลายๆคนว่า...ก่อนจะพิมอะไรลองคิดง่ายๆว่าถ้าคำพูดแบบนี้ มันเกิดขึ้นกับคนในครอบครัวคุณ แม่ พี่สาว น้องสาว แฟนของคุณ หรือตัวคุณเอง คุณจะรู้สึกยังไง แล้วคุณจะยังReact (ตอบสนอง) แบบที่มันเกิดขึ้นกับริกะรึเปล่า มันไม่ใช่แค่ทำให้คนรู้สึกแย่ แต่ยังผิดกฎหมายด้วยนะ !!

とても良い曲だと思ってはいたのですが、ファルセットが苦手なこともあって、これまでカバーはしていませんでした。
ただ、新アルバムにこの曲が収録されたこともあり、一念発起してカバーしてみました🎸

I did a cover of Kobukuro's 30th single "Kazewo mitsumete(During staring the wind)" .
This song is included in the 10th album "Star Made" that is released in August 4th, 2021.
Also, this song was the theme song of TV drama "Harassment Game" in 2018.
I had thought this is very good song, but, because my falsetto skill is not so high, I haven't covered it before.
However, also because this song was included in the new album, I make up my mind to do, I decided to cover this song.🎸

Pon Bebels and Cooks with Moe
Recipe: Singgang Bawal Putih (White Pomfret Sour Soup) (From The Malay Kitchen Book)

Ingredients:
50g yellow onions, cut into slices
10g garlic cloves, cut into slice
20g fresh tumeric , shredded (I didn't have any, so use 1/4 tsp tumeric powder)
2 fresh red chillies, cut into thin strips
2 fresh green chillies, cut into thin strips
30gm cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil)
2 dried tamarind pieces, rinsed or 40gm tamarind paste (I like mine sour, so I would have added another tamarind piece)
2tsp salt ( I used my homemade stock)
1/2 sugar
700gm water
700-800g pomfrets (approx 2 small pomfrets) diagonally halved across the fins
Preparation:
1. Place yellow onions, garlic cloves, ginger, tumeric, red chillies, green chillies and cooking oil into mixing bowl, saute 4mins / 120c / speed 1
2. Add dried tamarind pieces, salts, sugar and water. Boil 8min/ 100c/ speed 1
3. Add pomfrets, cook 2 mins 30 secs / Varoma / Reverse Mode / Speed spoon. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot

A politician and committee member of an Unduk Ngadau Pagaent held recently was arrested for sexual harassament on one of the participants. I applaud the survivor for lodging the report. Not many would be brave enough to do so. I talk about this and more.
