They earned their reputation with health-conscious dining without sacrifice the taste. For example, the Baked Whole Chicken in Spicy Pineapple Sauce is replacing the sugar with pineapple natural sweetness, how clever. One more thing that Gibson like to share is that he is not a friend of braised soup, but he finished their Braised Seafood Soup and this shows how good they really are. So this is one rare Chinese dining that recommended by Gibson even though you can't find a Chinese restaurant here.
